Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.
Payment Policy
Initial deposit of INR 50,000/- per person is required to confirm your booking.
100% of the total tour cost must be paid at least 35 days prior to departure.
The foreign currency portion will remain subject to fluctuation. The applicable exchange rate and IBR charges prevailing on the date of final payment shall apply.

TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.
As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package.
In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
Tour Leader from Flamingo will be available if the passenger numbers are a minimum of 20 Adults in addition to the local guide.
Full Payment Will Be Accepted In Indian Rupees.
ROE will be considered on that day at the time of payment.
Any further increase in airfare due to an increase in fuel prices, changes in government regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any upgrade in room categories.
Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed at your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
We will not be held responsible for any delay in the airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
Tap water is not safe in Hong Kong. No hotels will provide you with drinking water, you have to buy water on your own.
For trade fares and any other surcharge date additional rate would be applicable.
