Payment Policy
Initial deposit – Full INR Portion per person to confirm you're booking with us.
Second Installment- Rs. 30,000/- per person between 15 days of booking date.
100% payment is to be made at least 35 days before departure.
Total Payment in INR as per the prevailing exchange rate on the date on Final payment
35 Days or more prior to to Departure 25% of the Tour Cost
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost
14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure 75% of the Tour Cost
08 Days and beyond 100% of the Tour Cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.
As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package.
In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.

According to Hong Kong Government’s new law, Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023, effective from 22nd April 2024, hotels are not allowed to provide disposable toiletries and in-room plastic bottled water to guests for free but can be provided upon request at a charge.

Full Payment Will Be Accepted In Indian Rupees.
ROE will be considered on that day at the time of payment.
Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed at your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
We will not be held responsible for any delay in Airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
Tap water is not safe in Hong Kong. No hotels will provide you drinking water, you have to buy water on your own.
Document Requirements:
Original Passport with minimum 06 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages.
A valid tourist visa (PAR – PRE-ARRIVAL REGISTRATION) for the duration of the tour.
