First Installment- USD 1500 per person to confirm your booking with us.
100% payment is to be made at least 65 days before departure.

65 Days or more prior to Departure 25% of the tour cost
65 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour cost.

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes,etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them.
