Meals:

  • 7 Indian Breakfast come Brunch at Indian/Local Restaurant, 1 Packed Breakfast, 1 Lunch, 07 Dinner, 02 Packed Dinner
  • All meals are in the Local and Indian Restaurant 
  • Few meals will be packed meal during the tour.
  • 1 or 2 Meal will be local and on that time no Indian item possible
  • Meal request will be only Veg or Jain and for Non veg will try for 1 Non veg item during the Dinner but it’s also not possible on every Day.
  • Jain Meals means no onion, no garlic & no potato.
Important Note:
  • In Japan Dinner will be early.
  • In Japan coach working hours is 10 Hours per day
  • Interbank rate additional 0.01 will be applicable in Yen Rate
  • Any fluctuation in rate of exchange may reflect on the tour cost.
  • R.O.E will be applicable on the day of payment.
  • Room size will be between 18 – 25 sqm in all hotels.
  • If there are 3 Adults – We suggest to take 1 DBL and 1 Single room in Japan
Child Policy:

Transfer:
  • Osaka/Kobe/Nara to Hiroshima by Bullet Train – Ordinary Car Ticket Included
  • Hiroshima to Osaka/Kobe/Nara by Bullet Train – Ordinary Car Ticket Included 
  • Rest all transfers by Coach 
  • For Direct Joining Passengers, if you arrive 03 hours before the group arrives, you will wait at the airport & we will arrange your transfers with the group only.
  • We provide arrival and departure only 1 airport transfers for group. For any other arrival and departure transfers additional cost will be applicable.
  • 28 Mar - Group Arrival Transfers will be at 08:30 am from Kansai International Airport. If you will arrive at a different Terminal then you will have to come at Group flight terminal.
  • If Flight timing differs from our group timings, then transfers need to arrange on your own in a taxi to a hotel or vice versa. Please check flight timing with us before booking.
  • 28 Mar - Group departure transfer will be at 07.00 / 07:30 AM from Narita Airport Hotel to Narita International Airport. If your departure Flight will be from Different terminal then you need to manage terminal transfer by your own. 
  • It may also possible as tour manager will meet you directly at Japan Airport.
  • If guest are taking Pre stay or post stay then Guest need to manage Arrival and Departure transfer by their own.
Tour Note: 
  • Long Layover at Malaysia Airport and will provide Lunch at Malaysia Airport
  • Below Itinerary is a tentative itinerary. Final Itinerary we will give you one week before your departure date. 
  • The final itinerary may be slightly interchanged as per ticket availability & time slot of sightseeing. 
  • Breakfast in the hotel will be as per hotel policy either Japanese / Continental.  
  • There might be a 2 or 3 Packed Meals during the tour due to time constraints.
  • Jain Meals means no onion, no garlic & no potato.
  • Porter services are not available in Japan due to manpower shortage. So we insist you to carry luggage with four wheeler luggage bags. Passengers have to handle their luggage on their own.
  • Please carry 20 KG weight per person (one bag only) in the main bag & 07 KG. Weight per person in a handbag.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances if we are not able to finish any attraction then there
  • Will be no refund. 
  • We will provide you 05 to 10 KG weight for per person at Airport Check in counter or before the Check in. So, please pack you bag accordingly.
