The castle, which was the largest in Japan at the time, was to be the center of a unified Japan under the rule of the Toyotomi clan. Two years after Hideyoshi's death in 1598, however, his military rival Tokugawa Ieyasu defeated Toyotomi troops in the great Battle of Sekigahara in 1600. The decisive victory gave the Tokugawas full control of the whole of Japan, leading to the start of the Tokugawa shogunate and the Edo period in 1603. Osaka Castle fell to the Tokugawa army in 1615, in a siege that resulted in the total annihilation of the Toyotomi clan. In the Boshin War of 1868, the castle was captured by pro-imperial forces. The new Meiji government demolished the castle and used the grounds for military barracks. The castle was rebuilt in 1931, but was used as a military arsenal. As a result, it was targeted by American forces during World War II and the rebuilt main tower was destroyed again. The current rebuild was finished in 1997. It is constructed in concrete to the specifications of the original tower, and the interior now contains a museum documenting the castle's tumultuous history.</div>

The houses were built during the Edo Period (1603-1868) and were relocated from their original locations to create the museum in 1971.</p><p style="text-align: justify; ">In a village-like atmosphere, the museum features buildings such as a former village head's house, logging huts, storehouses and a number of gassho-zukuri farmhouses, which are named after their steep thatched roofs resembling a pair of hands joined in prayer ("gassho"). They were moved here from nearby Shirakawago, where gassho-zukuri houses are the reason for the region's World Heritage status.</p>

<div>The current Imperial Palace (Kokyo) is located on the former site of Edo Castle, a large park area surrounded by moats and massive stone walls in the center of Tokyo, a short walk from Tokyo Station. It is the residence of Japan's Imperial Family. Edo Castle used to be the seat of the Tokugawa shogun who ruled Japan from 1603 until 1867. The palace was once destroyed during World War Two, and rebuilt in the same style, afterwards. The current palace grounds were the site of Edo Castle, and before that, the residence of warrior Edo Shigetsugu. The land was close to Hibiya, which was then a beach, and was a strong flatlands location, strengthened by moats.</div>
<div>The inner grounds of the palace are generally not open to the public. Only on January 2 (New Year's Greeting) and December 23 (Emperor's Birthday), visitors are able to enter the inner palace grounds and see the members of the Imperial Family, who make several public appearances on a balcony.<br />

2. Diet Building:&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 10pt;">The National Diet Building is the building where both houses of the National Diet of Japan meet. Sessions of the House of Representatives take place in the left wing and sessions of the House of Councillors in the right wing. The Diet Building was completed in 1936 and is constructed out of purely Japanese materials, with the exception of the stained glass, door locks, and pneumatic tube system. The German-influenced three-storey National Diet Building on Kasumigaseki Hill in Nagatacho is Japan's parliament and center of government and a well-known Tokyo landmark.<br />

<div>On the very first day <span style="font-weight: bold;">Mr. Kushal shah</span> wanted us to have a great bonding amongst each other so that we get the best experience possible. He always tried to serve the best food and at the proper time. The thing that was best in him was that he always shared some or the other things related to the place we were visiting in an interesting manner. Mr kushal shah tried to give information about the place in an easy language understoodable by every participant and never meant to behave partial with anyone. A negative or say a sad point&nbsp; was that the Orlando hotel which was felt comparatively poor quality. We were given quality shopping time and he also enlisted what activities are to be done in parks that are the best in that particular part. It was overall a very good and unforgettable experience.&nbsp;</div>
