• 0 – 1.99 Years will consider Infant 
• 2 to 5.99 Years will consider Child without Bed 
• 6 to 11.99 Years will consider Child with Bed 

• All breakfast will be continental throughout the tour. Breakfast will consist of bread, butter, cereals, juice etc. you will not get any Indian items at all in breakfast.  
• Porter services are not available in Japan due to shortage of Man power. So we insist you to carry minimum luggage with four wheeler luggage bags. Only 1 Big bag per person allowed in Bus. Passenger have to handle their luggage on their own.
• Tap water is drinkable and absolutely safe in Japan. Hotels do not provide water bottles inside the rooms and Mini bars are chargeable in the rooms.
• According to Japan Coach Driving Hours Law, Bus can be utilized 11 hours in a day and requires specific breaks.          
• Due to unavoidable circumstances if we are not able to finish any attraction or tour, there will be no refund.
• In case if you are traveling single and / or required single room single supplement will be applicable. 
• Child with Bed / Child without Bed rates based on child sharing room with parents

ABOUT ITINERARY:

• We consider Arrival & Departure transfers will be one. So we will arrange Group Transfers to Airport to Hotel or Vice Versa. 
• If Group members are arriving in different flight with Different Timings, in this case airport to Hotel or Vice Versa Transfer price will be additional as per number of persons & Vehicle availability. 
• Final Itinerary we will give you one week before your departure date. The final itinerary may be slightly interchanged as per ticket availability & time slot of sightseeing. 

MEAL:

• Breakfast in the hotel will be as per hotel policy either Japanese / Continental.
• If you are taking Restaurant Meal or taking Maharaj Tour, some of meal will be Pack, some places Local Chef will prepare meal in Indian Restaurant due to time constraint & kitchen access.
• In Japan Dinner will be around 07 P. M around. 

LANGUAGE: 

• Language is a big problem in Japan as very few people can understand or talk English. It is also advisable to carry your hotel cards everywhere in case you are out on your own. 
• Please carry 20 KG weight per person in the main bag & 07 KG. Weight per person in a handbag. 
• Because of Maharaja Tour, you will carry 05 K G. weight per person will give by Flamingo Staff at Check-In Counter. So please pack your bag accordingly.

HOTEL RULE:

• Any usage of Minibar, Laundry, Telephone Charges shall be settled directly by clients.
• Tap Water is Safe in Japan but daily we will provide you 02 water bottle per person (500 ML).
• Japanese hotel provide basic amenities in hotel room, so we request you please carry lotion with you.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Your day will start early around 0800 to 0900 HRS in the morning and will end by 0800 to 0900 HRS. As the coach usage duration is 11 hours so the day will end accordingly. 
• Wear comfortable shoes as there will be lots of walking in Japan
• Please carry your own required medicines as medicines are not sold in Japan without prescription. 
• There are many 7/11 shops for buying water, snacks, fruits etc. 
• Please carry umbrella and warm wear as certain cities receive rainfall throughout the year. 
• In certain hotels, tea and coffee sachets are not available. Most of hotels have local tea I.e. without creamer and sugar. 
• For tea lovers we are requesting you please carry Indian Tea Packets.
• There will be long walks from parking to the visit place.
