Meals:
  • Breakfast as per the Hotel Policy it will be Japanese/Korean/Continental
  • Lunch and Dinner will be at Indian/Local Restaurant 
  • Few meals will be packed during the tour.
  • 2 or 3 Meal will be local and on that time no Indian item possible
  • Meal requests will be only Veg or Jain and for Non-veg will try for 1 Non veg item during the Dinner but it’s also not possible on every Day.
  • Jain Meals means no onion, no garlic & no potato.
Important Note:
  • In Japan and Korea Lunch & Dinner will be early.
  • In Japan and Korea coach working hours is 10 Hours per day
  • Interbank rate additional 0.5 will be applicable in USD Rate
  • Any fluctuation in rate of exchange may reflect on the tour cost.
  • R.O.E will be applicable on the day of payment.
  • Room size will be between 18 – 25 sqm in all hotels.
  • If there are 3 Adults, we suggest you to take 1 DBL and 1 Single room
Child Policy:

  • Child no Bed: 02 Years – Below 4.99 years
  • Child With Bed: 05 years – below 10.99 years
Transfer:
  • To reach Osaka/Kyoto we will use Bullet Train – One way
  • Osaka to Seoul Internal Flight with 20kg baggage allowance (1 Piece) – Economy class and no meal in flight (Low Frill Airline) – We may divide Group in 2 Flights and time difference will be from 45 min to 1.30 Hours. 
  • Seoul to Busan Internal Flight with 20 baggage allowance (1 Piece) – economy class and no meal in flight (Low Frill Airline) - We may divide Group in 2 Flights and time difference will be from 45 min to 1.30 Hours. 
  • Rest all transfers by Coach
  • Group Arrival Transfers will be at 05:30 pm from Haneda International Airport. If you will arrive at a different Terminal then you will have to come at Group flight terminal.
  • Group departure transfer will be at 05.00 OR 05:30 AM from Hotel to Busan International Airport. If your departure Flight will be from Different terminal then you need to manage terminal transfer by your own.  
  • For Direct Joining Passengers, if you arrive 03 hours before the group arrives, you will wait at the airport & we will arrange your transfers with the group only.
  • We provide arrival and departure only 1 airport transfers for group. For any other arrival and departure transfers additional cost will be applicable
  • If Flight timing differs from our group timings, then transfers need to be arranged on your own in a taxi to a hotel or vice versa. Please check flight timing with us before booking.
  • It may also possible as tour manager will meet you directly at Japan Airport.
  • If guest are taking Pre stay or post stay then Guest need to manage Arrival and Departure transfer by their own.
Tour Note: 
  • Below Itinerary is a tentative itinerary. Final Itinerary we will give you one week before your departure date. 
  • The final itinerary may be slightly interchanged as per ticket availability & time slot of sightseeing. 
  • Breakfast in the hotel and it will be as per hotel policy either Japanese / Korean / Continental.  
  • There might be 2 or 3 Packed Meals during the tour due to time constraints.
  • For Direct Joining Passengers, if you arrive 03 hours before the group arrives, you will wait at the airport & we will arrange your transfers with the group only.
  • Porter services are not available in Japan due to manpower shortage. So we insist you to carry luggage with four wheeler luggage bags. Passengers have to handle their luggage on their own.
  • Please carry 20 KG weight per person (one bag only) in the main bag & 07 KG. Weight per person in a handbag.
  • Due to unavoidable circumstances if we are not able to finish any attraction, there will be no refund.
