Payment Policy
Initial deposit - Rs. 50,000/- to confirm your booking with us.
2nd Payment 60 days prior to departure 50% Of the Tour Cost
3rd Payment 35 days prior to departure 75% Of the Tour Cost
Remaining full payment 25 days before departure- 100% of the tour cost.
59 to 35 Days prior to Departure - 50 % of the Tour Cost
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure - 75 % of the Tour Cost
Within 15 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.
As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package.
In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
Kindly accept the package confirmation in written to process the booking
It is compulsory for customer to check the hotel reviews on booking.com / Trip advisor and give final confirmation in Email.
These package is customizable, which means that changes can be done to the itinerary/activity, if you desire so. Any alterations may result in additional payment & the final payment will be calculated as per the changes made in the itinerary which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
Passport Copies of First and Last Page of All Passengers (All Passport Must be valid minimum 6 months valid from the date of your return and it’s solely passengers responsibility to check before submission. Any booking which has been action on non-valid passport passengers are liable to pay any charges incurred due to the same)
No amendment requests will be accepted 10 days before the departure
