Payment Policy
- Initial deposit - Rs. 50,000/- to confirm your booking with us.
- 2nd Payment 60 days prior to departure 50% Of the Tour Cost
- 3rd Payment 35 days prior to departure 75% Of the Tour Cost
- Remaining full payment 25 days before departure- 100% of the tour cost.

Cancellation Policy
- 60 Days or more prior to Departure - 30% of the Tour Cost
- 59 to 35 Days prior to Departure - 50 % of the Tour Cost
- 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure - 75 % of the Tour Cost
- Within 15 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 7 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, TCS @ 20% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 10% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 10% TCS will apply.

- This is just a Quotation and not a confirmation. Everything depends on availability.
- For trade fares and any other surcharge date additional rate would be applicable.
- Amman City tour: can be switched between Day 1 & Day 4 based on the flights
- All Passengers are required to visit https://www.gateway2jordan.gov.jo/index.html portal prior to departure, complete the required form, and obtain the QR code which is mandatory to be presented prior to boarding and upon arrival (No fees)

- Triple rooms: Triple rooms in Jordan consist of rollaway beds.
- Holiday Season supplements: Supplement applies during special holiday seasons and blackout periods: Eid Al Fitr Holidays, Eid Al Adha Holidays, Christmas Holidays, New Year’s, Eastern Easter, and Western Easter.
Important Tour Guidelines:
- Given cost is an estimate, based on lowest hotel rates exist as of now. We Don’t Hold Any
- Confirmation For Hotels/Airline. It is subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference
- in cost shall be borne by the passenger
- Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government
- Regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any upgradation in room categories.
- Coach or Car will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed at your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
- We will not be held responsible for any delay in Airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
- If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
- If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
