TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in govt. regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. Flamingo will not be held responsible for them.

Water is always available at additional charges. No water supply during Breakfast, Lunch & dinner. Kindly purchase the water for your own usage.

Given cost is estimated, based on lowest airfare and Hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold Any Confirmation for Hotels/Airline. It’s Subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by Passenger.

Your tours and transfers are based on Seat in Coach Basis. Seat in Coach Transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different Hotels enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming.(Its more time consuming but economical)

Room allocation Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in.90% of rooms are Twin rooms and there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed

Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact Hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
