• It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, and airline office
• Portages and  Coach Captain Tips  are extra
• No  meals   will be provided  for Flight  within Australia   
• Certain sightseeing is full day abt 6- 8hrs tours. Eg Great Ocean Road, Port Stephens, Blue Mountain, Big cat green island cruise. Do not eat much. Take basic medicines along if you have motion sickness.
• Tap Water is Suitable  for Drinking 
• You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach
• Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
• If Lunch is included in sightseeing it will be continental. Eg Big Cat green island cruise in cairns, Theme parks in Gold Coast. Jain meals will not be provided
• There is No Refund for un utilized Service 
• Baggage Allowance 20 Kg per person for Check in Baggage. 5Kgs  for  Cabin  Baggage
• JQ internal flights are non refundable
• Do Carry light Woolen clothes  between November to  March and Heavy woolen clothes between March to October

• Passport valid for more than 6 months (including Previous passport if any)
• 2 recent passport size photographs with white background  without spacks
• Business/formal letterhead (Explain your purpose of Trip)
• Copy of last 3 years income tax papers with computation Sheet
• Copy last 6 months Bank statements / bank passbook copy 
• Original C.A. Certificate (With summary of total immovable & movable assets of Self/family)  
• Copy of other savings documents (Ex. F.D./ K.V.P./N.S.C./P.P.F/ G.P.F./ M.I.S…….. etc.)
• Student proof ( If student)
• Retirement proof (If retired)

Business

• Copy of business registration certificate / Partnership deed / Copy of Memorandum Articles of Association 
• Company’s I.T. Return (last 3 years) & Bank statement (last 6 months)
• Literature / Brochure of a company 

Visiting Card

• Employee
• N.O.C. & leave letter from the employee (Mandatory for Govt.employee)
• Copy of Provident funds (G.P.F /P.P.F.) statements/book 
• Pay slips & Salary certificate with designation

Tourist

• Tour confirmation letter with detail Itinerary

Requirements From Sponsor

• Full passport copy of sponsor with valid visa copy 
• Statutory declaration / Invitation Letter
• Copy of bank statement, Income tax papers & Job letter 
• Covering letter on university letterhead (if sponsor is student)

Medical requirements

• Applicant has to undergo the medical procedure in following criteria
• If applicant is above 60 years of age /long-stay visitor visa
• If applicant is going to enter the hospital / going for medical treatment/ going to meet someone who is undergoing the medical treatment.
