Initial deposit - Rs. 25,000/- to confirm you are booking with us.
• Second installment will be Rs. 25,000/-
100% payment is to be made on or before time limit which will be given once the Hotel is blocked Total Payment in INR as per the prevailing exchange rate on the date of Final payment.

Cancellation Policy

35 Days prior to Departure or at the time of Booking Confirmation whichever come first 25% of Total tour cost.
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 50% of Total tour cost.
14 Days to 1 Day prior to Departure 100% of Total tour cost.
Within 3 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Visa Requirement:

Clear Color scan copy of passport. (1st & last page) (Black and White is not acceptable by ROP)
Clear scan passport size picture in blue background.
Visa application in JPEG format with minimum resolution of 100 KB.
Visa process takes 3-4 working days. Friday & Saturday is weekend in Oman hence no visa will be
Submitted on these 2 days. Visa issuance is completely subject to Oman immigration.

Important Notes For Visa :

To apply for the prearranged Oman Tourist Visa send us the filled up Visa form as attach along with following:
PLEASE ATTACH PASSPORT PHOTOCOPIES OF PAGES SHOWING NAME, ADDRESS, DATE OF ISSUE, DATE OF EXPIRY, AND NATIONALITY WITH THE VISA FORM. Should be scanned/ please no pics from smartphones showing fingers on passport in picture.
Please advise us the Purpose of Visit so as to apply the visa accordingly.
Visa once applied the Visa fee is non-refundable.
Visa charges are subject to change
In case client is not travelling as a tourist we have to apply the Express Visa (Visa for Business purpose).
Issuing visa is at the discretion of immigration; hence we can’t guarantee the same for any nationalities. Visa once applied the Visa fee is non-refundable.
- Once the guest Exit Oman it’s mandatory to send us the Oman Exit Stamp on passport.

For 6 Pax’s and above a separate English-speaking guide will be provided during the half day city tour
