Important Note:

• For 6 Pax’s and above a separate English-speaking guide will be provided during the half day city tour.
• One 4wd can accommodate 4 Pax’s plus one Driver.

Visa Requirement:

• Clear Color scan copy of passport. (1st & last page) (Black and White is not acceptable by ROP)
• Clear scan passport size picture in blue background.
• Visa application in JPEG format with minimum resolution of 100 KB
• Visa process takes 3-4 working days. Friday & Saturday is weekend in Oman hence no visa will be
• Submitted on these 2 days. Visa issuance is completely subject to Oman immigrations. 

Important Notes for Visa:

• To apply for the prearranged Oman Tourist Visa send us the filled up Visa form as attach along with following:
• PLEASE ATTACH PASSPORT PHOTOCOPIES OF PAGES SHOWING NAME, ADDRESS, DATE OF ISSUE, DATE OF EXPIRY, AND NATIONALITY WITH THE VISA FORM. Should be scanned/ please no pics from smartphones showing fingers on passport in picture.
• Please advise us the Purpose of Visit so as to apply the visa accordingly.
• Visa once applied the Visa fee is non-refundable.
• Visa charges are subject to change
• In case client is not travelling as a tourist we have to apply the Express Visa (Visa for Business purpose). 
• Issuing visa is at the discretion of immigration; hence we can’t guarantee the same for any nationalities. Visa once applied the Visa fee is non-refundable.
• Once the guest Exit Oman it’s mandatory to send us the Oman Exit Stamp on passport.

IMP NOTES:

• Full Payment Will Be Accepted In Indian Rupees.
• ROE will be considered on that day at the time of payment. 5 % GST and 5% TCS will be extra on the above cost.
• Given cost is an estimate, based on lowest hotel rates exist as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels/Airline. It is subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by the passenger
• Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government regulations, taxes, etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Airline like Fly Dubai, Air Arabia, Spice Jet airline are LCC (Low cost carriers), so no food and water will be served on board.
• During Diwali season International Hotel Check in time 1500 Hrs. Check out Time 1200 Hrs. Atlantis hotel - Check in time 1500 Hrs. Check out Time 1200 Hrs.
• Room Rates are based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any up gradation in room categories.
• Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle. For further transportation needed at your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
• Meal coupons provided without transfers. (Restaurants are walking distance from your hotel, please note closing time of restaurants)
• We will not be held responsible for any delay in Airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights.
• If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
• If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.
• Tap water is not safe in Oman. No hotels will provide you drinking water; you have to buy water on your own.
• For trade fares and any other surcharge date additional rate would be applicable.
• The above price is based on minimum 2 adults travelling together and are subject to availability at the time of actual booking.
• The above price is not valid for travel during Christmas and New Year.
• At this point of time no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.
• Maximum 3 persons (2 adult + 1 child or 3 adults) are allowed per room.
• Children below 10 years not allowed in the Grand Mosque.
• 2-4 Pax’s services will be in a Saloon / 4wd and City Tour with English speaking chauffeur
• 5-6 Pax’s services will be in Van and City Tour with English speaking guide
• 7-9 Pax’s & 10-12 Pax’s services will be in coaster and City Tour with English speaking guide
  
  

IMP NOTES FOR COVID 19:-

• Vaccination is compulsory with 2 doses (covisheild)
• RT -PCR test to be done in India within 96 hours of your departure. For RT-PCR test you have to compulsory given your name as per Passport.  
• Guest needs to do PCR test in India, if the Tests Results comes out to be Negative then he / she will be allowed to Travel and upon reaching OMAN, the report should not be more than 96 hours old
• Printout of the PCR test result is mandatory. 
• Test has to be done at the approved labs in India and Find the below is link: https://covid19cc.nic.in/icmr/Citizen/LabList.aspx
• GCC citizens, residents with valid residency permits and passengers with valid visa are allowed to enter the Sultanate without prior approval.
• A COVID-19 PCR test before departure to the Sultanate of Oman is not required.
• All passengers arriving to the Sultanate of Oman are required to have international health insurance covering the cost of treatment from Covid-19 for one month except for citizens, GCC nationals and passengers with free treatment card.
• Before departure to the Sultanate of Oman, passengers must complete pre-registration via https://covid19.emushrif.om/traveler/travel for the PCR test in Oman, pay the twenty five (25) OMR test fees and download Tarassud+. Airlines must not check in any passenger who did not complete this requirement.
• Passengers arriving to the Sultanate of Oman for a period up to seven (7) days are subject to COVID-19 PCR test on arrival.
• Passengers arriving to the Sultanate of Oman for a period more than seven (7) days are subject to COVID-19 PCR test on arrival, (Tarrasud+) bracelet, quarantine for seven (7) days and COVID-19 (PCR) test on the eighth day.
• Aircraft crews, and children from aged 15 years and less are exempted from COVID-19 PCR test and Tarassud+ bracelet.
• Aircraft crew are exempted from the quarantine and subject to the precautionary measures issued by the Ministry of Health.
• Diplomats working at foreign embassies accredited to the Sultanate of Oman and diplomats visiting the Sultanate are exempted from the COVID-19 requirements for passengers to and from Oman.
• Omani citizens shall have health insurance covering COVID-19 valid in the country they are travelling to.
• Passenger shall comply with the requirements of the country they are traveling to.
• Above rules and regulations can be changed anytime by the authorities without any prior updates
