Payment Policy

Initial deposit - Rs. 25,000/- per person to confirm your booking with us.
100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure. Payment will be collected in the INR as per ROE of the respective dates when you make the payment.
Second installment will be collect 20,000/-

Cancellation Policy

35 Days or more prior to Departure Rs.25000/-
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 30% of the Tour Cost
14 Days to 8 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost
8 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 75% of the Tour Cost
Within 3 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost
Tickets are non-refundable for Group & also date change is not possible.

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 7 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, TCS @ 20% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 10% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 10% TCS will apply.

Hotel rates will change time to time, so kindly check with us for hotels ,and it will be on subject to availability
All the above rates are in usd and on per person on twin sharing basis

Dollar Portion Payment Should Be Done At One Time & Rate Of Exchange Will Be Applicable Of That Day
Rates are valid only if package is booked 45 days prior to the departure date
Any fluctuation in rate of exchange may reflect on the tour cost.
The airfare & taxes based on the fare structure existing as of now.
Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in govt. regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. Flamingo will not be held responsible for them.
Water is always available at additional charges. No water supply during Breakfast, Lunch & dinner. Kindly purchase the water for your own usage.
Things to carry : Beach wear, slippers, Sunglasses, Sunscreen lotion, a light sweater, Toiletries, Medicines, Camera Rolls, Tea/ Coffee sachets, Umbrella, windcheater.
Given cost is estimated, based on lowest airfare and hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold Any Confirmation for Hotels/Airline. It’s Subject to availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by Passenger.

Your tours and transfers are based on Seat in Coach Basis. Seat in Coach Transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different hotels Enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming.(Its more time consuming but economical)
Mid night surcharge applicable for all transfer operated between 2300hrs-0600hrs
Room allocation Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in.90% of rooms are Twin rooms & there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake Facing Rooms.
Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
It is recommended to buy Local SIM Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, airline office...
There is No Refund for unutilized Service

Baggage allowance is 20 Kg for Check in Luggage. Hand Bag allowance is 7 Kg.
You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
The above program is only indicative and the passenger has to verify each day’s program from the local guide.
Photographs are compulsory for on arrival visas. Please keep one passport Copy Xerox and one Ticket copy Xerox ready to be submitted for on arrival visas.
It is always advisable to keep 2 Photographs with you during the journey. Please keep one Xerox copy of your passport with your relative, in India and one Xerox copy of passport with you during the travel.
It is most important to have International Travel Insurance for the entire period of your stay in foreign country.
For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police for which Flamingo will not be responsible. Passengers are requested to submit Xerox copy of Passport along with page showing arrival stamp in India.

Compulsory HB Basis applicable on 24th Dec 2019 to 05th Jan 2020 at 100 USD P.P.
