Recommended STEPS to be followed by a customer to travel to Malaysia :

• All passengers will have to show proof of full vaccination as well as a negative RT-PCR administered no more than 2 days prior to travel.
• All passengers travelling to Malaysia will have to do a professionally administered RTK-Ag test within 24 hours of arrival in Malaysia.
• Fully vaccinated travellers who were infected with COVID-19 within the last 60 days of travel to Malaysia will have to do a professionally administered RTK-Ag no more than 2 days prior to travel
• All passengers travelling to Malaysia will be required to download and activate the MySejahtera contact tracing app and complete the pre-departure form under the traveller icon.
• Passengers above 18 who are not fully vaccinated will have to undergo five-day quarantine upon arrival in Malaysia
• The use of face masks in public places will remain as standard procedure, especially in confined spaces.
• Passengers must purchase COVID-19 travel insurance

Important Points:

• Room allocation Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in. 90% of rooms are Twin rooms & there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.
• Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake facing Rooms.
• Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
• Portages and Coach Captain Tips are extra. 
• There is No Refund for unutilized Service.
• International Hotel Check in time 1500hrs, Check out Time 1200hrs.
• Baggage allowance is 30 Kg for Check in Luggage + 7 KG s Hand Bag allowance is 7Kg.
• You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
• Photographs are compulsory for on arrival visas. Please keep one passport Copy Xerox and one Ticket copy Xerox ready to be submitted for on arrival visas.
• It is always advisable to keep 2 Photographs with you during the journey. Please keep one Xerox copy of your passport with your relative, in India and one Xerox copy of passport with you during the travel.
• It is important and advisable to have International Travel Insurance for the entire period of your stay in foreign country.
• For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police for which Flamingo will not be responsible. Passengers are requested to submit Xerox copy of Passport along with page showing arrival stamp in India.

• Child above 12 yrs need WHO approved Vaccine for Singapore – Malaysia tour.
• On return to Ahmedabad RTPCR below 12 yrs child is compulsory
• Flow Of Itinerary Will Be Finalized Before 15 Days of Departure Date
• It is compulsory to submit PAN Card copy as per RBI rules.
• Above Adult Rates is Per Person and based on Twin/Triple sharing
• Payment made will be as per the prevailing rate of exchange + 40 paisa on the day of your payment
