Cancellation Policy

45 Days or more prior to Departure - Rs.35, 000/- + Visa Charges
44 Days to 35 Days prior to Departure - 50% of the Tour Cost
34 Days to Date of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 7 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, TCS @ 20% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 10% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 10% TCS will apply.

This price excludes any tax increase by government or by airline. We have counted tax as per current dates, any increase in the tax needs to be borne by the passengers.

Service Tax is Applicable as per Government rule on above Total Tour Cost per Passenger Payment to be made as per the current rate of exchange on the day of final payment and we charge 0.20p more than exchange rates online.
Any Optional Activities that you want to book you should book on priority because all the adventure activities in South Africa are subject to availability.
All the Sight Seeing in South Africa is weather permitting & due to weather we may interchange sightseeing without prior notice.
For South Africa Child below 18Years have to Compulsory carry original birth certificate in English (If original birth certificate is in Gujarati or Hindi one needs to carry original and affidavit copy translated in English)
Child below 18Years travelling without parents must carry affidavit copy of NOC along with original birth certificate
Tour manager will join directly at the destination he/she may not be with you in the flight.

Family of 2Adults & 1child below 12 year sharing the room, child will be accommodated in mattress in the same room

Important Notes:-

It is impossible to do all the Optional/Adventure Activities in South Africa Group Tour so you have to select your activities before your travel and our Tour Manager will guide you how to manage the Activities during your stay in South Africa.
For Optional Activities: If Weather Does Not permit then Flamingo is not responsible. In case you wish to do any additional optional activities our coach will not be available, our Tour Manager will help you arrange the Transport to the optional Activity Places (WITH EXTRA OPTIONAL COST)
Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings. Please reach at pickup point at least 10mins before your given pickup time. And make yourself visible to Driver/Coach Captain. Coach drivers cannot wait if you are late. If you are late, you will need to make your own arrangements at own cost.

Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, and airline office.
We recommend taking Overseas Medical insurance.

For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police. Passengers are requested to submit Xerox.

Visa Requirements For South Africa

Passport valid for 6 months, new passport & recently cancelled passport.
PAN Card Copy of each passenger travelling (self attested).
3 recent photographs- fresh photographs.
Photo size 35mm by 45mm without border, without spectacles, without showing teeth, Fully visible ears. 70% (3 CM) Full-face image from chin to crown and 20% Body Coverage (Shoulders Should be visible) taken against white background. The photo finishing should be matt or semi matt.
2 Business Blank letterhead (for explaining purpose of travel)- to be signed as per passport and stamp with Designation.
2 Business Cards.
Copy of last 6 months bank statements of savings account - till date updated and with sign and stamp of bank on each and every page And with minimum balance of Rs.70,000 per person.
Employee :- N.O.C. from the employer .
Student’s ID card copy or bonafide certificate with Principle’s Name (if student).
Birth Certificate in English (For child below 18 years).
Visa Form with sign - Same as per passport (Need both the Parents sign beside child’s sign below 18 years )- sign must be with Black pen.
Yellow Fever Vaccination Original – If travelled any African country in Past.
