Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.
Payment Policy
50% deposit to be paid at the time of the booking
100% payment to be made 60 days prior to date of travel
Balance payment to be made 45 days prior to date of travel
Cancelation 60 days or greater, 40% of tour cost, cancelation fee
Cancellation within 59-45 days cancellation charge will be 60% of tour cost.
Cancellation within 44 days cancellation charge or no show will be 100% of tour cost.
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.
As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package.
In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
Child age 2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standers.
No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings.
No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.
We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
Any tours, transfers or event tickets not mentioned in package inclusions.
Hotel checks in times are 3 pm and checkout times are 11 am.
At the time of Hotels Check-In, all Hotels will collect the advance amount from the guests or may have to give their Credit card at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guest’s use
Disclaimer:
Vouchers will be released 48 hours after we receive the full payments/ 07 days prior to the departure.
In case of last minute bookings credit card guarantee has to be provided to confirm the booking and release the service vouchers
Any on-board expenses will have to be paid by the client directly in cash or credit card.
Cancellation charges applicable strictly as per the cancellation policies below:
Cancellation 30-16 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the land package cost
Cancellation 15-07 days prior to the departure date: 75% of the land package cost
Cancellation 06 days or less prior to the departure date or a ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost
