Day 1 :Arrive Panama City
Welcome to Panama!! After the custom formalities, proceed towards the meeting point outside the baggage hall. Transfer to our hotel and check in. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 :Panama - Guided City Tour
After breakfast depart for Guided city tour of Panama. Evening is free at Leisure to explore the beautiful city on your own.

Morning after breakfast, proceed for Miraflores Locks and Panama Canal Cruise on SIC Basis. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 7 :La Fortuna - Monteverde - Hanging Bridges & Aerial Tram Tour
Today morning transfer to Monteverde by Boat. Upon arrival transfer leave for hills of Monteverde rain forest for Hanging Bridges & Aerial Tram Tour. At the Hanging bridges, you will enjoy the cloud forest from a different perspective, enjoy this guided tour where you will learn all about the flora and fauna of the area walking through and over the treetops, The naturalist guide will make this gentle walk/hike (2h alternate walk in land and suspension bridges) very interesting, showing you the wildlife on the way. Then explore the world-famous Cloud Forest of Monteverde in a 5,249 feet aerial tram ride that would lead you up to Costa Rica Continental Divide. Overnight in Hotel at Monteverde.

34 Days to 07 Days prior to Departure - 75% of the Tour Cost
With 7 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Regarding breakfast in USA it is always for 2 pax in a room and the extra pax have to pay directly for breakfast. However sometimes there are hotels which allows breakfast for all the pax’s in a room. We can recheck on this after we make the reservation.
Child age  2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
American breakfast consists of Breads, cheese, butter, juices, cold milk, cereals and fruits. Some hotels may provide hash brown potatoes or hot potatoes.
Some events are seasonal like Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Beast ride, Yosemite Park, Lake Tahoe etc. (Will be closed for winter)
We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standers.
No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings.
No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.
We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
Any tours, transfers or event tickets not mentioned in package inclusions.
Hotel check in times are 3 pm and check out times are 11 am.
At the time of Hotels Check-In, all Hotels will collect the advance amount from the guests or may have to give their Credit card at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guest’s use.
Please note that your package includes Stay, Private transfers, Seat in Coach (SIC) transfers and Sightseeing. Any Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), Transfers, Entrances and any Tours (Except for the once pre-booked through us) are additional and passengers have to pay extra in case they intend to opt any.
Car on disposable basis will be of 10 hours only, if in case you may use more than 10 hours they will charge directly on the spot(that you Have to pay directly).
Reach the Seat in Coach Tour pick up point 45-30 minutes before your departure time.
For transfers Total luggage you can carry is 1 big bags (23 KG), 1 small bags (7 kg). if you have any extra bags, then you have to pay directly.
All hotels may ask for credit card for refundable security deposit. If you do not have credit card, then hotel might not allow you to check in. Please carry International valid credit card, its mandatory.
