60 Days or more prior to Departure - 10% of the Tour Cost
59 to 35 Days prior to Departure - 50 % of the Tour Cost
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure - 75 % of the Tour Cost
Within 15 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

What Should I Know Before I book Europe Group Tour
Tips are compulsory in Europe for coach captain and Guides. Hence you will have to pay 3 Euros per person per day on tour.
Rate of exchange will be considered on the day of making euro portion payment. Rs.1 will be charged towards transfer charge. (ROE=Xe.com Rate + 1 Rupees TT Charge of Particular Currency).

All breakfast will be continental throughout the tour. Breakfast will consist of bread, butter, cereals, juice etc. you will not get any Indian items at all in breakfast. There is no live counter in European cities to serve Eggs varieties.
Some hotels do not have Air condition facilities in Europe due to weather conditions like Switzerland and Germany, Austria Etc.
Porter services are not available in Europe due to shortage of Man power. So we insist you to carry minimum luggage with four wheeler luggage bags. Only 1 Big bag per person allowed in Bus. Passenger have to handle their luggage on their own.
Tap water is drinkable and absolutely safe in Europe. Hotels do not provide water bottles inside the rooms and Mini bars are chargeable in the rooms.
At some places toilets are chargeable in Europe. You need to pay 2 Euro individually in order to use toilets.
According to European Coach Driving Hours Law, LDC Bus can be utilized 12 hours in a day and requires specific breaks.
For Eiffel Tower 3rd Level entrance all passengers must queue up.This queue may last up to 2-3 hours.
