Please Note:

1. This tour Itinerary is with Chef Meals and there is no availability of Indian Groceries in Turkey therefore it is mandatory for every Passenger to carry 1 bag of grocery of 15 kgs per person.  Your ticket will have baggage allowance accordingly only. The same will be delivered at your home before departure and the bag has to be handed over to our Tour Manager upon arrival at the Hotel in Istanbul. 

2. On Tour one is allowed to carry 20 kg in main bag + 7 kgs hand bag strictly as we have Indian groceries bag which MUST be taken from here for food preparation. 

3. Sightseeing

a. Hot Air Ballon Ride: Children Below 6 Years are not allowed in Hot Air Balloon and cost of the same is not calculated in the above cost.  

b. Hot Air Ballon Ride is strictly subject to weather conditions. If the same is not operating due to weather in Cappadocia we will try to shift to Pamukkale (Strictly subject to availability and weather conditions) in that case there will be no refund. 

c. If we can not do Hot Air Balloon at either place reduction will be Adult: USD 90.00 & Child (6 – 11.99 Yrs): USD 65.00

4. On this tour we have to take 2 Internal Flights which allows only 20 Kgs Main Bag + 7 Kgs of Handbag. 

5. If you have any valid USA, Schengen or UK visas and if you are eligible for online visas reduction in tour cost will be INR 9500.00 per person adult and child.

6. Please note that Turkey do not grow many green vegetables therefore in meal some repetition of vegetables may be seen along with more pulses and paneer. 

Tour Cost:

  • 2% TCS is applicable on Total Cost Additionally. You shall fall into 20% TCS if your Overseas travel land cost for the current financial year Exceeds Rs.7,00,000/- per person. 
  • Above costs are per adult on twin share basis.
  • In case if you are traveling single and / or required single room single supplement will be applicable.  
  • Child with Bed / Child without Bed rates based on child sharing room with parents.
  • Children above 6 years must be booked with bed in Turkey. They are not allowed as Child without Bed. 

Meal:

  • Due to unavoidable circumstances or due to operational reasons any meal on tour can be packed meal.
  • Depending on availability of Flights some meals or breakfast can be packed or Limited.
  • Meals can be either at Hotel or in Local Restaurants. However the same will be cooked by our chefs.

  • ATV Ride: Children below 12 years are not allowed in ATV Ride. Cost of the same is not included.
  • ATV Ride is included as per 2 people on each ATV.  For the Person who is going to drive Indian License is MUST to be able to drive.
