• Rate of Exchange will be determined on the day when you make the final payment, and 0.90p will be charged additional due to international remittance charges. 

• The rates might fluctuate as per the passengers’ travel dates, this is just an estimated cost.
• Luggage note: Passengers should bring only soft sided bags on safaris as the vehicles have limited luggage space
• Gorilla permit note: Once permit is bought, it cannot be refunded or inter-changed. Before confirming the tour, please ensure that you request for availability of permits based on the number of participants. 
• The gorilla trekking & chimpanzee trekking permit rates might change subject to the traveling time & in case Gorilla permits are not available on requested dates, we are able to adjust the itinerary or advice accordingly
• Yellow Fever Vaccination and Polio Vaccination is compulsory for travel to Uganda
• This itinerary requires a high level of physical fitness. 
• Gorilla trekking can last between 1.5 hours to 7 hours depending on the location of the animals. 
• All passengers must be able to hike unassisted at a steady pace through dense forests on uneven, often slippery slopes, at an altitude of up to 8553 feet.
