Payment Policy
Initial deposit – Rs. 50,000/- to confirm your booking with us.
100% payment to be made at least 35 days before departure. Payment be collected in INR as per the prevailing Rate of Exchange on date of final Payment.
45 Days or more prior to Departure – Rs.50,000/- Per Person
44 Days to 35 Days prior to Departure – 50% of the Tour Cost Per Person
35 Days to Date of Departure – 100% of The Tour Cost Per Person
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.
Note:
Rate of Exchange will be determined on the day when you make the final payment, and 0.90p will be charged additional due to international remittance charges.
The rates might fluctuate as per the passengers’ travel dates, this is just an estimated cost.
Luggage note: Passengers should bring only soft sided bags on safaris as the vehicles have limited luggage space
Gorilla permit note: Once permit is bought, it cannot be refunded or inter-changed. Before
confirming the tour, please ensure that you request for availability of permits based on the number of participants.
The gorilla trekking & chimpanzee trekking permit rates might change subject to the traveling time & in case Gorilla permits are not available on requested dates, we are able to adjust the itinerary or advice accordingly
Yellow Fever Vaccination and Polio Vaccination is compulsory for travel to Uganda
This itinerary requires a high level of physical fitness
Gorilla trekking can last between 1.5 hours to 7 hours depending on the location of the animals.
All passengers must be able to hike unassisted at a steady pace through dense forests on uneven, often slippery slopes, at an altitude of up to 8553 feet.
