Payment Policy
- Initial deposit – Rs. 50,000/- to confirm your booking with us.
- 100% payment to be made at least 35 days before departure. Payment be collected in INR as per the prevailing Rate of Exchange on date of final Payment.

Cancellation Policy
- 35 Days or more prior to Departure - Rs.50, 000/-
- 44 Days to 35 Days prior to Departure - 50% of the Tour Cost
- 35 Days to Date of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 7 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, TCS @ 20% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 10% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 10% TCS will apply.

Luggage note: Passengers should bring only soft sided bags on safaris as the vehicles have limited luggage space
Gorilla permit note: Once permit is bought, it cannot be refunded or inter-changed. Before confirming the tour, please ensure that you request for availability of permits based on the number of participants.
The gorilla trekking permit which is $750 per person, its rates might change subject to the traveling time & in case Gorilla permits are not available on requested dates, we are able to adjust the itinerary or advise accordingly
Yellow Fever Vaccination and Polio Vaccination is compulsory for travel to Uganda.
