Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30-16 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the land package cost
Cancellation 16-07 days prior to the departure date: 75% of the land package cost
Cancellation 07 days or less prior to the departure date or a ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.
As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package.
In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
Child age 2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking.
Some events are seasonal like Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Beast ride, Yosemite Park, Lake Tahoe etc. (Will be closed for winter)
We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standers.
No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.
We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
Any tours, transfers or event tickets not mentioned in package inclusions.
Hotel check in times are 3 pm and check out times are 11 am.
At the time of Hotels Check-In, all Hotels will collect the advance amount from the guests or may have to give their Credit card at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guest’s use
Please note hotel prices are subject to availability and prices may be higher during peak season. Prices are a close estimation but are not guaranteed until booked. There will be a surcharge for weekday stay in Washington and there will be a surcharge for May-August stay in NewYork and Niagara.
