Payment Policy

Initial deposit - Rs. 50,000/ + USA visa fees to confirm you're booking with us.
2rd Payment - Rs. 1,00,000/- 75 Days Prior to your Departure.
3th Payment - Rs. 1,00,000/- 45 Days Prior to your Departure.
100% payment to be made at least 30 Days Prior to your Departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30-16 days prior to the departure date: 50% of the land package cost
Cancellation 16-07 days prior to the departure date: 75% of the land package cost
Cancellation 07 days or less prior to the departure date or a ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Regarding breakfast in USA it is always for 2 pax in a room and the extra pax have to pay directly for breakfast. However sometimes there are hotels which allows breakfast for all the pax’s in a room. We can recheck on this after we make the reservation.
Child age  2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
American breakfast consists of Breads, cheese, butter, juices, cold milk, cereals and fruits. Some hotels may provide hash brown potatoes or hot potatoes.
Some events are seasonal like Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Beast ride, Yosemite Park, Lake Tahoe etc. (Will be closed for winter)
We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standers.
No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings.
No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.
We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
Any tours, transfers or event tickets not mentioned in package inclusions.
Hotel check in times are 3 pm and check out times are 11 am.
At the time of Hotels Check-In, all Hotels will collect the advance amount from the guests or may have to give their Credit card at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guest’s use.
Please note that your package includes Stay, Private transfers, Seat in Coach (SIC) transfers and Sightseeing. Any Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), Transfers, Entrances and any Tours (Except for the once pre-booked through us) are additional and passengers have to pay extra in case they intend to opt any.
Car on disposable basis will be of 10 hours only, if in case you may use more than 10 hours they will charge directly on the spot(that you Have to pay directly).
Reach the Seat in Coach Tour pick up point 45-30 minutes before your departure time.
For transfers Total luggage you can carry is 1 big bags (23 KG), 1 small bags (7 kg). if you have any extra bags, then you have to pay directly.
All hotels may ask for credit card for refundable security deposit. If you do not have credit card, then hotel might not allow you to check in. Please carry International valid credit card, its mandatory.

Self Drive Car Points :

What You Pay at the Counter’ is the balance of the total amount due based on the reservation above, including any optional extras. This is payable on pick-up in destination currency, which is subject to exchange rate changes on day of pick- up.
Total' does not include any additional items you may select at the location, or any costs arising from the rental (such as damage, fuel or road toll charges).
The Vehicle considered are just examples, Specific makes / Model within a class may vary in availability and features such as passengers seating, luggage capacity, equipment, and mileage.
For Vehicles with 3rd row seating, the luggage capacity will vary when 3rd row is upright/ or folded down.
For 8-10 passenger’s vehicles, the luggage capacity may be limited compared to 6 passenger vehicles.

Disclaimer:

Vouchers will be released 48 hours after we receive the full payments/ 07 days prior to the departure.
In case of last minute bookings credit card guarantee has to be provided to confirm the booking and release the service vouchers.
Any on-board expenses will have to be paid by the client directly in cash or credit card.
