Day 1 :Arrive to Las Vegas
Welcome to Las Vegas, officially the City of Las Vegas and often known simply as Vegas, is the 28th-most populated city in the United States, the most populated city in the state of Nevada, and the county seat of Clark County. Transfer to hotel in private Limousine & Check in to the hotel.
Day 2 :Hoover Dam Jeep Tour & - Las Vegas Night Tour
(SIC – seat in Coach: For all SIC tours, guest have to reach at pick up point on their own)

In the Morning, discover the world-renowned Hoover Dam, one of the most impressive manmade structures in the United States. This tour gives you the possibility of opting for one of two tours, either the Classic tour or the Upgrade version. On both of them you will live an awe-inspiring experience by contemplating the magnificent scenarios that surround the Colorado River.Late in the Evening Explore the City on a Double Decker bus. When darkness falls the Las Vegas strip really comes to life, with illuminated displays and dazzling visual effects found on almost every building. On this Night Tour you’ll get spectacular views of extravagant fountains and luxurious hotels, including the Bellagio, MGM Grand and Caesars Palace. Entertaining and experienced English-speaking guides offer an exciting and educational commentary throughout this 3-hour Night tour. They offer a fun and informative way to hear about the casinos, attractions, points of interest and landmarks in Las Vegas.
Day 3 :Stratosphere Tower Observation Deck & - Leisure
In the Afternoon, visit at the north end of the Las Vegas Strip stands one of the most iconic landmarks in Las Vegas — Stratosphere Tower.With your ticket, head up to the 1,149-foot Observation Deck, the second-tallest freestanding observation tower in the western hemisphere. Once you have made your way up more than 100 flights in the high-speed elevator, you can check out both the indoor and outdoor decks. The indoor deck features angled windows and air-conditioning while the outdoor deck allows you scan the city through viewfinders or take a walk around the tower. This is where you will get the most unobstructed views of Las Vegas Valley below you.When you're ready for a cocktail, head to the Air Bar, the highest bar in Las Vegas. (Food and drinks are at your own expense.)And the you are free to explore the City on your own
Day 4 :Depart from Las Vegas

The Hoover Dam

This magnificient Dam built on the Colorado River houses Lake Mead, which is the largest water reservoir in the country. Moreover, the Dam built in 1935, provides electricity to three different state- Nevada, Californiaand Arizona. You can even take helicopter ride to get aerial views of the city along with those of beautiful Grand Canyon. And with all the marvelous feats of architecture In Las Vegas, the most inspiring man-made feature in the region is by far the Hoover Dam. The main purpose of Dam was just to generate electricity, but also to create a large reservoir for the growing population of the American Southwest.

Since its opening in 1996, the 1,149-foot-tall Stratosphere Tower has captured the attention of celebrities and tourists alike with its rock star view. With a 360-view of the city, the Stratosphere's outdoor observation deck is the tallest of its kind in the country.

The deck is so high up that you can see helicopters at eye level. But even riding in one of the helicopters can't compare to the thrill of the Stratosphere rides, which overlook the Strip from the top of the tower.

One of the best times to come out to the deck is near sunset. Guests can admire the rainbow of colors in the sky followed by the lights illuminating the city just minutes after.

59 Days to 35 Days prior to Departure - Rs.85000/-
34 Days to 07 Days prior to Departure - 75% of the Tour Cost
With 7 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Regarding breakfast in USA it is always for 2 pax in a room and the extra pax have to pay directly for breakfast. However sometimes there are hotels which allows breakfast for all the pax’s in a room. We can recheck on this after we make the reservation.
Child age  2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
American breakfast consists of Breads, cheese, butter, juices, cold milk, cereals and fruits. Some hotels may provide hash brown potatoes or hot potatoes.
Some events are seasonal like Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Beast ride, Yosemite Park, Lake Tahoe etc. (Will be closed for winter)
We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standers.
No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings.
No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.
We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
Any tours, transfers or event tickets not mentioned in package inclusions.
Hotel check in times are 3 pm and check out times are 11 am.
At the time of Hotels Check-In, all Hotels will collect the advance amount from the guests or may have to give their Credit card at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guest’s use.
Please note that your package includes Stay, Private transfers, Seat in Coach (SIC) transfers and Sightseeing. Any Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), Transfers, Entrances and any Tours (Except for the once pre-booked through us) are additional and passengers have to pay extra in case they intend to opt any.
Car on disposable basis will be of 10 hours only, if in case you may use more than 10 hours they will charge directly on the spot(that you Have to pay directly).
Reach the Seat in Coach Tour pick up point 45-30 minutes before your departure time.
For transfers Total luggage you can carry is 1 big bags (23 KG), 1 small bags (7 kg). if you have any extra bags, then you have to pay directly.
All hotels may ask for credit card for refundable security deposit. If you do not have credit card, then hotel might not allow you to check in. Please carry International valid credit card, its mandatory.
