Pursuant to Budget 2026, TCS at 2% shall be applicable on sale of overseas tour programme packages with effect from 1st April 2026, in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act.
Payment Policy
Initial deposit - Rs 25,000/- per person to confirm you’re booking with us.
50% of the Total payment to be made before 20 days of the departure.
100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure (on or before the time limit of Reconfirmation of booking. Dollar portion payment to be made as per the prevailing exchange rate on the day of payment.)
35 Days or more prior to Departure Rs. 8000/- per person.
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 25% of the Tour Cost.
14 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost.
8 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 100% of the Tour Cost. (Cancellation in Airline will be as per Airline norms and conditions.)
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.
As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package.
In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
Vietnam Visa Procedures:
Need to give Passport copy (Valid at least 6 month from departure date) , confirmed roundtrip ticket and guest travel insurance which is worth at least USD10.000 (with covid 19 treatment coverage).
Requirement for Photograph ( Soft copy 35X45 ) : white breakgound straight forward face , without hat or sunglasses.
IMP Notes :
Local restaurant and Indian Restaurant in Vietnam are very basic. Some restaurants might not have air conditioner
Halong Bay Cruise has limited water. They give generally 1 Glass of water during lunch and dinner. For other times you will require to buy from them which will cost around USD 2 per Bottle.
Halong Bay Cruise don’t have Indian food onboard.
Please keep the soft copy and hard copy of the tour documents with you.
Please carry as light clothes, Sun glasses, Rain Coat, Ponchos, Umbrella.
For NRI Pax need to carry OCI or multiple visa Copy with you.
Travel Insurance is recommended.
Carry Universal Adapter.
Always keep the Business card of the Hotel with you.
Please don’t carry any valuable ornaments with you.
Tap water is not safe in Vietnam.
In Vietnam at the airport you can do Money Exchange & buy SIM Card.
Mini Bar is not included in the tour cost.
Check-in time is at 2 PM & Check-out time is at 12 PM.
Timing is very important as the sightseeing are time based.
Coach is not on Disposal & will be from point to point basis. Deviation is not possible and we will stick to the itinerary and inclusions mentioned in the package.
No Alcohol / Food consumption is allowed in the bus.
