Payment Policy
Initial deposit – Rs. 50,000/‐ to confirm your booking with us.
100% payment to be made at least 35 days before departure Payment be collected in INR as per the prevailing Rate of Exchange on date of final Payment.
35 Days or more prior to Departure Rs. 8000/- per person.
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 25% of the Tour Cost.
14 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost.
8 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 100% of the Tour Cost. (Cancellation in Airline will be as per Airline norms and conditions.)
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.
As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package.
In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
Please note that there will be 5 to 6 kms walk daily in Cambodia
On the day of Angkor Wat Temple there is approximately 10 kms walk. If you need wheelchair please inform us today so we can provide you with the costing and book it. As it will not be available at the last minute.
Most Restaurants in Siem Reap, Cambodia are Small with minimum Décor.
Generally Table Service System in Restaurants in Cambodia so please be patient while they serve the food.
Angkor Wat Ticket is very important as you will be using the same ticket for 2 Days. So don’t lose or misplace it.
Vietnam is not very well developed country and in comparison with Vietnam, Cambodia is even lesser developed country that you may see the difference in the infrastructure.

Infant below 3 years old sharing room with parents is free of charge.
Child below 12 yrs old sharing same room with 1 ADL is charged for 90%.
Child below 12 yrs old with extra bed and sharing same room with parents is charged for 65%.
Child below 12 yrs old No extra bed & sharing same room with parents is charged for 55%
