Payment Policy
- Initial deposit – full INR portion payment at time of booking ( mainly ticket portion )
- 50% of the land payment to be made before 30 days of the departure.
- 100% payment to be made at least 20 days before departure (Dollar portion payment to be made as per the prevailing exchange rate on the day of payment and 50 paisa add on current exchange rate)

Cancellation Policy
- 30 days before travel date INR portion total mention in tour cost + 25000 INR on USD part
- 30 days to 15 days 50 % of tour cost
- 14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure 75% of the Tour Cost
- Less then 07 days 100% cancellation
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.
- Flow Of Itinerary Will Be Finalized Before 15 Days of Departure Date
- The Cruise itinerary is subject to change without prior notification.
- It is compulsory to submit PAN Card copy as per RBI rules.
- Above Adult Rates is Per Person and based on Twin/Triple sharing
- Payment made will be as per the prevailing rate of exchange on the day of your payment
- Service Tax is Applicable as per Government rule on above Total Tour Cost Per Passenger
- Airfare considered INR 25000 which is subject to Change at the time of booking
- All meals as per Cruise policy, in Genting Dream Cruise & Royal Caribbean Cruise
- Rates Valid For Min. 40 Adults Travelling Together
- Tour Leader Will Join Only If Group Size Will Be As Per 20 Adults Min. If Not, the Package Will Be on Customize Basis with Change in the Cost and With Local agent
- Passports Should Be 6 Months Valid (COUNT FROM THE RETURN TRAVEL DATE)
- Hand Written Passports Are Strictly Not Allowed
- NOC Is Compulsory For Children Travelling Without Their Parents And Below 18yrs
- Tour Leader may or may not be there in Flights and in Cruise
- Hotels/Airline will be subject to availability till Reconfirmation.
- Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them.
- Mid night surcharge applicable for all transfer operated between 2300hrs-0600hrs
- Room allocation Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in. 90% of rooms are Twin rooms & there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.
- Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake facing Rooms.
- Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
- Porterages and Coach Captain Tips are extra. (Not Mandatory)
- There is No Refund for unutilized Service.
- International Hotel Check in time 1500hrs, Check out Time 1200hrs.
- Baggage allowance is 20 Kg for Check in Luggage in Low Cost Airlines (Malindo/Air Asia). Hand Bag allowance is 7Kg.
- You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
- IT IS COMPULSORY TO CARRY THB 10000 PER PASSENGER, FOR ALL PASSENGERS, as this is the entry requirement for THAILAND.
- Photographs are compulsory for on arrival visas. Please keep one passport Copy Xerox and one Ticket copy Xerox ready to be submitted for on arrival visas.
- It is always advisable to keep 2 Photographs with you during the journey. Please keep one Xerox copy of your passport with your relative, in India and one Xerox copy of passport with you during the travel.
- It is important and advisable to have International Travel Insurance for the entire period of your stay in foreign country.
- For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police for which Flamingo will not be responsible. Passengers are requested to submit Xerox copy of Passport along with page showing arrival stamp in India.
- Flight price are subject to change basis on the date of travel and booking. Also, multiple flight options can be worked out for departure dates.
- For cruise, the tour package includes normal cabin accomodation, however passengers can request upgrade the accomodation to balcony cabin subject to availaibility with added cost.
