I Think It Was Once In A Lifetime Experience

Our family has travelled to about 36 countries together, but I think this was one of the top 2 trips we have ever had. Our hotels were chosen perfectly for our needs and it suited our requirements. Despite the drop in tourism in Sri Lanka, Nupur (Our Flamingo Associate) made sure that I felt comfortable enough to be able to go on this trip. I would like to personally thank her for making sure that I didn't say no to this trip.

The hotels were beautiful at all locations, we had no problems at all but the best hotel was  Anantara Dhigu Maldives. It was a perfect recommendation and I think it was once in a lifetime experience. That hotel left a lifelong impact on us. It was a slice of heaven. Amazing service and rooms. Our villa had a staircase leading to the ocean.

Apart from the stays, I would also like to mention that the food was brilliant at all places and we have faced no problems anywhere. The driver/guide in Sri Lanka, recommended by Sri Lanka made us feel like we were a part of his family. We will always be his friends. His wife specially made some home-made spring rolls for us and proved to be a cherry on the top of the cake. We had the luxury minibus travel with us everywhere which had maps of Sri Lanka, history of Sri Lanka on private TV and the most scenic views on the rides. Our guide stopped for coconuts, mangoes at all places and knew all the stuff so well that we felt home in Sri Lanka.

The best part of this experience was that the Flamingo tour didn't really feel like a tour. It gave us the independence to choose our itineraries according to our preferences, but we also felt like it was personally-tailored to our requirements. Thanks for choosing the best amenities for us.
