Yes, Previously We Did Visit Many Areas Through Conducted But This Canadian Rockies Tour Was The Best Amongst All. The Hotels, The Coaches And The Restaurants Were Great.
The Best Of All, The Tour Manager Om Was The Best. Her Dedication To Customer Service Was At The Best. I Can Say, Without Hesitation, This Since 1988 To 2010 I Worked As Director Of Customer Services For A Multinational Company. Om Has Set The Highest Bar For Other Tour Managers In Your Organization.
If I Have To Take Another Guided Tour, I Will Use Flamingo As Long As The Tour Manager Is Om.
