We had very good Experience with Flamingo

Hope you all are doing great & making people holidays most memorable ones.

At the onset there is dealy from my side to provide feedback & got busy with work , nevertheless its Amit's regular follow-ups, which I appreciate, made me write , so late in the night ( on the lighter side ) as well.

We had great experience & I must say though we went for the first time from Flamingo, we had very good experience & had loads of fun. I would like to give feedback step by step:

• Pre. vacation counseling: Amit did it very well. Later Rishikesh also made the itinerary as per my requirements. What can be done better : give more options for activities, apart from the regular ones.
• Package cost: Should be made more attractive & break-ups for activities/hotel etc., should be given, so that we have fair knowledge where we are incurring the cost
• Accounts: Very meticulous & appropriate
• Buddha App: Very attractive, easy to use, chat option is awesome. Amit always replied either its 6am in the morning or 12 midnight, He was always concerned that are we ok, had dinner, comfortable etc. Lot of info is provided for local attarctions.
• ITC : Local tour operator at Thailand: Very timid, punctual & professional. No complaints. Received well at airports/ hotel transfers, daily activities
• RAMADA BANGKOK : Had bad experience with staff. Very Rude & insensitive
• Amari phuket is one of the best properties in Phuket. Staff was very respectful & very humble. You should suggest this not only for stay but for Indian food as well ( Rim Talay is the restaurant name)

SPECIAL MENTION: Amit is a hard working & sincere guy. I had good experience with him. Rishikesh was very helpful in given all the tips which were really helpful during the stay. Both were always available & ready to help

We really had amazing time at Phuket, four island tour, Phi Phi island, Adventure day ( with river rafting & Elephant ride) & great shopping experience at Indra Square. My wife & kid also had real fun time. I am sharing few pictures as well.
