• The vehicle like tempo travelers are not of very good condition so rather opt for Innova.
• Check-in time at Hotel is 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.

• Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Valley Facing / higher category rooms.

Nepal General Notes

• The proposed packages are valid for Indian nationals only ( Not valid for OCI)
• A valid Indian passport or an election Id is the only valid document for adults ( 18 yrs & above) for travel to Kathmandu by air. For children below the age of 18 years the school or college id suffices. The id should clearly reflect the traveller’s picture, school or college name, date of birth as well as the class in which the student is studying. Request that this be checked with Indian Immigration authorities at your end too. This information stands good while writing this mail. Do update yourself for any changes. This information is correct as of today and can not be held liable just in case anyone is not allowed to board or the Govt of India changes the regulations.
• Adhar Card/ Pan Card / Driving License Is Not A Valid Document To Travel To Nepal By Air
• All Indian citizens must carry valid passport with photograph.
• Carrying of India Rs.500 & 1000 Notes is a punishable offence in Nepal.
• Lastly the old Indian Currency of Inr 500 and 1000 are no more a legal tender currency in Nepal.
• The New Indian 500 as well as the 2000 denominations are also not valid.
• The Indian 100 or below notes are valid.
• Reconfirmation of Return Ticket on arrival which is a must, irrespective of the clients holding a confirmed return.
• Vehicles provided are point to point which means that the vechicles can change.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
• Check-in 13:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
• The guest is requested to keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from remote villages.
• Will appreciate, if the guest does not lend their ears to the drivers as most of the time they misguide the passengers. For any guidance we would request them to contact our executive's.
• Upon arrival the guests will be furnished with a local contact number of our executive, who will assist the clients while travelling with us.
• The vehicles provided are on point to point basis. It is obvious that the drivers would keep changing.
• Keeping this in mind please ensure that you do not leave your belongings in the vehicle as there is very little possibility of getting them back. We in no way will be responsible for the acts
• In this sector the same vehicles will not be providing for the whole tour, it will be changed sector-wise.
• So we request you to inform the same to your guest to avoid any circumstance.
• Always check your baggage before leave the vehicle.
• If any tourist spot do not complete which falls on closing day & if they wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
• If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule they should inform the executive the previous day of the schedule program before 16:00 hrs, after that no changes will be possible.
• Please do inform the guest's to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advised by our executive.
• Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may have to bear with candle light.
• Category of Rooms in the packages are base catogery other than specified.
• In Pokhara the vehicles from Kathmandu are not allowed to do the sightseeing.
• Hence a local vehicle will be provided for the same.
• Please do note that cars in Nepal do not have carriers. They only have a dicky where 2 large suitcases and one or two small hand bags can fit. 4 pax can sit comfortably i.e. 3 at back and 1 in the front. If the clients feel that they would be conjusted in a car, they can use a van.

Cancellations Notes

• All services such as Hotel accommodation / ground transportation are pre-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame.

Vehicle allocation

• 2 - 4 Adults : Ford / Fiat / Manza /Swift Dezire : (only 4 Heads are allowed and the car does not have any overhead carrier )
• 5 -6 Adults : Scorpio / Similar
• 7-14 adults : Toyota Hiace van having 14 seats

A/c vehicle supplement throughout the trip:

• Car : Rs. 7700 for the entire trip
• Scorpio / Tata Grande: Rs. 8200 for the
• Toyota Hiace van: Rs.8800 for the
• Half Day sightseeing is for 3 hours. Full day sightseeing is for 6 hours. For e.g.
• Pashupatinath & Boudhnath is a Half Day Trip

Note: (Supplements):

• By paying supplements up gradation to higher category of hotels is possible.
• The above package can be extended. Do ask us for the extension rates.
• At times due to high season it might be that the required hotels are not available. Alternative hotels will be used & you will be intimated of it.
• If an up gradation is required to confirm any particular hotel the supplement will be given.
• Entrance fee at the monumental sites are not included.
• Guide during the sightseeing is not included. If required cost will be
• Inr. 3000 per English speaking guide during sightseeing only. At Chitwan a trained
• English speaking naturalist will be provided whilst the jungle activities.
• Check in & Check out time at the hotel is at 1200 hrs. Hence early check in & late checkout are subject to room availability.

Please do note the following about Chitwan properties:

• Properties in Chitwan are not categorized. Consideration is that higher the prices better the property.
• Safari Narayani Resort – situated on the border of Royal Chitwan National Park with no electricity & air conditioning
• Rhino Residency Resort - situated outside the jungle with electricity & air conditioning
• Jungle Safari - situated outside the jungle with electricity & air conditioning
• Gorkha Hamlet Resort – situated outside the jungle with no air conditioning facility ( budget type)
• Chitwan is very hot during summers & the clients should be aware of the above. Major point to be noted is that
• During power cuts in Chitwan the properties do not have proper power back-ups to support the A/c.

BROCHURE ACCURACY:

All information given in the Brochure / Itinerary / Sightseeing Tours are based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure / itinerary before or after booking your tour due to any event beyond our control. In case if we will know about any changes before your departure we will update or communicate with you otherwise our Tour Manager or Local Representative will inform you of the changes on the tour. We have provided information to the best of our knowledge and we will not be held responsible for any inaccuracy in brochure.

HOW TO BOOK:

The booking procedure is as below;

1. Kindly fill our Booking Form and Submit Dully Signed.

2. Passport Copies of First and Last Page of All Passengers (All Passport Must be valid minimum 6 months valid from the date of your return and it’s solely passengers responsibility to check before submission. Any booking which has been action on nonvalid passport passengers are liable to pay any charges incurred due to the same.)

3. Deposit Amount: Rs.50000/- per person to secure your seat in the Tour and if booking is within 60 Days of Travel then deposit require as per the payment required on that particular date as per payment policy mentioned below.

4. Dully Signed Terms and Conditions of Booking.

ABOUT PURE VEGETARIAN & JAIN MEALS: 

The people in Kerala are mostly Non Vegetarian & majority of food is cooked in Coconut Oil. All good & best hotels, serves both Non-Vegetarian & Vegetarian food. It is difficult to get a hotel serving pure vegetarian only. We will put request at the hotels to provide Pure Vegetarian & Jain meals to the guests at the time of confirmation.

Note: The Jain food provided will not be of the standard, available in Mumbai & Gujarat. The food provided will be pure vegetarian meals which will not include onion, potato, garlic etc and things which are grown underground. Moreover, there will be very limited menu for Jain Meals.Kindly note this in advance to avoid any confusion and last minute crisis.

Indian Nationals:

1. Original Election’s ID card /Adhaar Card/License/Passport

2. School Photo ID Proof of the child below 12 yrs along with Original Date of Birth Certificate.

PAYMENTS AND OPTIONS FOR PAYMENTS :

Payments are accepted in Indian Rupees only. Payments can be made by Cheque, Bank Transfers, Demand Drafts, Cash and Credit Cards.

1. Copy of PAN Card is required if Payment is made by cash and is more than Rs.50,000/- per person.

2. If you are paying by Credit Card 1.70% of the amount paid by the card will be charged additionally on and above the tour cost.

PAYMENT POLICY PER PERSON:

• Initial deposit - Rs.30,000/- per person to confirm you’re booking with us.

• 100% payment to be made at least 30 days before departure.

Please note that all Travel Documents for the Tour will be released only on the receipt of full payment clearance in our accounts.

CANCELLATION CHARGES PER PERSON:

45-30 days prior to the departure 50% of the tour cost

30-15 days prior to the departure Or a “No Show” on the tour 100% of the tour cost
