Air Fare
When there is snow on the roads , the common car cannot go up to Gulmarg town due to snow so a snow car ( chain car ) needs to be hired by guest (at optional cost) to reach to the hotel.
This optional cost has to be paid by the guest directly to the driver. We do not include this cost in the tour because it depends on the weather at the time of travel.
In Kashmir there are places like Zero Point in Sonmarg , Gulmarg town , Drunk waterfall where union car needs to be hired, This cost is not included in the tour cost because not everyone would opt for this places. So if anyone is willing to go at such places than the cost of union car needs to be paid directly by the client to the driver.
Cost for Insurance Premiums, Rafting Charges or water sport activities.
Cost for service provided on a personal request.
Cost for personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter Charges, tips etc.
Difference in cost arising due to change in Taxes by the Government which will have to be collected directly on arrival .
Difference in cost arising due to change in Fuel price.
Difference in cost arising due to extra usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the itinerary.
Anything which is not mentioned in inclusions.
AC in the vehicle will not be kept on when the vehicle is not moving . i.e. When the vehicle is parked at some sightseeing place, restaurant or any place , the AC will not be kept on.
Payment Policy
Initial deposit - Rs.35, 000/- per person to confirm you’re booking with us.
100% payment to be made at least 30 days before departure.
45-30 days prior to the departure 25% of the tour cost
30-15 days prior to the departure 50% of the tour cost
15-07 days prior to the departure 100% of the tour cost
Or a “No Show” on the tour 100% of the tour cost
After cancellation amount deducted, credit note will be given and no refund will processed.
Gondola operations are subject to weather conditions and government permissions.
Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari sightseeing will be operated as per local administration guidelines.
Timings mentioned in the itinerary are tentative and may vary based on operational requirements.
Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels. It’s Subject To availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by Passenger.
Check-in time at Hotel is 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.
Your tours and transfers are based on tour itinerary & not at disposal basis.
Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings.
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Valley Facing / higher category rooms.
Breakfast will start from Day 2 of the itinerary.

Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.

On hilly areas the CAR AC will not work.
During sightseeing the vehicle will go up to permissible point only, from that point any arrangement to be made all extra expenses shall have to be borne by the passengers.
Extra bed in the room means only extra mattress.( no cot )
Any govt. tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.
Pre ponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.
If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect. If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
