- Please note Gulmarg is a walking town. Vehicles of other cities are not allowed here.
- In summer the private car will drop the guest at the hotel booked & than the driver & vehicle will go back & stay at Tangmarg which is near to Gulmarg.
- In winter, snow can be difficult for walking so pony or snow scooter needs to be used. Private car cannot go up to Gulmarg town due to snow so a snow car needs to be hired by guest ( at optional cost ) to reach to the hotel.
- In Gulmarg, the cable car station is situated at the walking distance from almost all the hotels so one can go to cable car station by a walk or else through the pony.
Day wise travel itinerary
- Day 1 :Arrival at Srinagar Airport - Gulmarg
Arrive Srinagar airport. meet and assist by our representative and transfers to Gulmarg . Gulmarg - on an altitude of 2730 mts above sea level, snow capped mountains are all around. One can even have a view of Nanga Parbat on a clear sunny day. For job seekers, cable car Upto Alpather via Kongdori by Asia’s longest run cable car ride approx 5 kms is really a fun. (Cable car at your own cost). Return to hotel in evening and overnight at Hotel.

- Day 2 :Gulmarg To Pahalgam:
Today morning after breakfast one can proceed to towards Pahalgam. On arrival check-in at the hotel. Pahalgam - in the south-east of Srinagar situated at an altitude of 2130 mts. above sea level. It is Kashmir’s most popular resort surrounded by high mountains, dense forests, and high mountain lakes. Evening free to explore the surrounding with is scenic view all around. Return to hotel in evening and overnight at Hotel.

- Day 3 :Pahalgam
Morning after breakfast visit to Aru valley. Aru valley is popular for its unique beautiful meadows .It is famous amongst the tourist for its peaceful environment and scenic beauty. The village is a base camp for trekkers to the Kolahoi Glacier. After that proceed for Betab valley. The valley got its name from film Betab. The valley is surrounded by lush green meadows, Snow Mountain and dense forest. Later proceed to Chandanwari- the base camp for Amarnath yatra. Now drive back to pahalgam .Rest of the day free for personal activities. Enjoy pahalgam mall road.

- Day 4 :Pahalgam - Srinagar
Morning after breakfast proceeds to Srinagar. On arrival check in at the Deluxe Houseboat. Later enjoy relaxing boat ride by (Shikara) to explore the Dal-lake, waterways, backwaters, canals, Floating Gardens, Vegetable\ Gardens, Water Lilies, Lotus, Easily accessible Mobile Venders, Floating handicraft centre & inherited lifestyle of people living inside the Lake since decades. Return back to Dlx. houseboat/hotel for lunch ( at own cost ) Evening visit to famous Mughal Gardens Cheshma Shahi, Nishat, Shalimar collectively known as Mughal Gardens are contribution of the great Mughal laid out in the 16th century & these fall along the bank of Dal-lake in the heart of Srinagar city & Shankaracharya Temple located on a hillock thus providing panoramic view of entire city, along the famous Dal-lake & river Jehlum, enroute visiting handloom centre famous for production of Pashmina / Shahtoos shawls & world over reckoned carpets. Return back to Houseboat for dinner & overnight stay

- Day 5 : Srinagar
After breakfast drive to Hotel. After Check in in Hotel later enjoy local sightseeing Tour of Srinagar. Visit Shankar Acharya Temple, famous Mughal Gardens Nishat ( Garden of pleasure ) overlooking the crystal clear emerald green waters of the Dal lake then to Shalimar ( Garden of Love ). Each one is more beautiful than the one visited before. You will walk along the terraced flower beds, past splashing of marble pavilions and fountains with snow capped peaks of the Himalayas & Cheshmaashahi (Royal Spring.) Also visit Hazratbal Mosque. Evening enjoy Shikara ride on Dal lake , visit floating gardens , lotus gardens, vegetable gardens, back water of lake cruise will go through canals, also pay visit to paper machi and wood carving handicrafts . Overnight in Hotel.

- Day 6 :Sonmarg
Morning after breakfasts proceed for Sonmarg (Meadow of Gold). On the way one can enjoy the beauty of the Sind valley. Sonmarg is at a height of 2690mts above sea level. The blooming Valley has been chiselled over the ages by the mighty Indus River. Major trekking routes begin from here. Two Lakes – Gadsar and Satsar are on the periphery of Sonmarg. Sonmarg is sheer scenic splendour. The very way- metalled road snakes through massive mountains laden with firs and forests. Arrive Sonmarg and visit to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains throughout the year. Overnight in Sonmarg Hotel.

Leave after breakfast from Sonmarg to Kargil and enjoy the Natural Beauty. Continue your drive to Kargil. On arrival check in at the hotel. Dinner & over night stay at Kargil.

- Day 8 :Kargil – Lamayuru –Leh
Leave Kargil for Leh, enroute visit Lamayuru Gompa .The Lamayuru ‘’Yungdug’’Gompa is remarkably built on a rock around 125 kms west of Leh. Continue your drive for Leh. On arrival check in at Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel at Leh.

- Day 9 :Leh – Indus Valley Tour – Leh (90 km round trip / 5-6 hours)
This morning after breakfast, drive downstream along the River Indus on Leh – Kargil Highway. And start our sightseeing with Hall Of Fame (Museum Constructed by India Army) near Leh is worth a visit for every Indian, and proceed further to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib at an altitude of 3600 Mtrs about 22 Kms from Leh was constructed in memory of Guru Nanak Dev ji Nestled deep in the Himalayas, A drive of another 4 km took us to Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity. As you move ahead from Magnetic Hills, just before Nimmu Village, there comes a famous Confluence Of Two Rivers Indus River coming from Tibet (left) and Zanskar River coming from Zanskar Valley (right). After visiting confluence we head to Alchi Gompa, The complex of temples located within the village is the most celebrated of Ladakh’s monasteries and dates back to the 11th century. After visiting Alchi we back towards leh enroute visiting Likir Monastery was built in 11th century and was again re-built in 18th century and houses a 25 feet Lord gold covered Buddha Statue. Overnight stay in Leh.

- Day 10 :Leh – Nubra Valley (160 Kms – 05 Hrs Approx)
Today Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel & then drive to Nubra Valley. The road journey from Leh to Nubra Valley passes over Khardung La (The Highest Motorable Road In The World) at 5,602 Mtrs / 18,390 Ft, around 39 km from Leh. From the pass, one can see all the way south over the Indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and north to the giants of the Saser massif. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of flowers. It is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. The average altitude of the valley is 10,000 Ft. above sea level. Upon arrival check in. In the evening you can walk around the tiny villages to see how the locals live in this part of the world. A visit to a Ladakhi home can be arranged. Overnight stay at Nubra Valley.

- Day 11 :Nubra Valley - Excursion to Turtuk (164 Kms – 05 Hrs Approx)
This morning after early breakfast, proceed to Turtuk (A village that was won by India in the 1971 war with Pakistan) and extremely close to the border. Visit a 16th Century Mosque, (comprising of a touch of Turkish & Iranian culture), ruined fort of Dhards and Monastery. Admire the magnificent view of the famous K2 peak (The second highest peak in the world after Mount Everest). Later return back to Nubra. Overnight stay at Nubra Valley

- Day 12 :Nubra Valley - Pangong Lake (274 Kms – 8 Hrs Approx)
Today morning after breakfast, check out & then drive towards Hunder where you have opportunity to ride on a bacterian camel (double humped) amidst the sand dunes of this high altitude desert with snowcapped mountains on the horizon. On the return stop at Diskit which is the headquarter town of Nubra Valley. Stroll around the bazaar observing the shops and local people going about their daily chores. Later we drive towards Pangong Tso via Agham & Shyok Valley. Some of the road patches in areas are extremely tough (towards nubra side) in terms of road conditions but no doubt the journey is very scenic! Later after crossing this adventurous part we drive further towards Durbuk & Tangtse for Pangong you pass through few small villages of Changthang and finally you can have a sudden view of the Pangong Lake situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 m). Upon arrival check in. Overnight stay at Pangong Lake

Today Morning after breakfast, check out & then drive to Leh via Changla Pass 5486 Mtrs enroute visiting Hemis Gompa, the largest monastic foundation of Drukpa Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism And further to Thiksey Monastery, an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village and another 5 Kms driving through a picturesque landscape we reach to Shey Palace, The ancient capital of Ladakh & then visit the iconic 3 Idiots Rancho School. Later Drive further to Leh. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight stay at Leh.

This morning after breakfast, proceed to visit Shanti Stupa built by Japanese monks to promote world peace. This large hilltop stupa has brightly colored reliefs on its mid-levels and is topped by a spired white hemisphere (smoking is prohibited here). Later visit Leh Palace, dilapidated yet interesting, which was built in the 17th century in the grand tradition of Tibetan architecture. Lastly visit the Leh Market for shopping. Overnight stay at Leh.
