Day wise travel itinerary

  • Day 1 :Jodhpur
    Arrive at Jodhpur Airport, Meet & Greet by our representative and transfer to the hotel. Take rest for some time. Visit Mandore Gardens - The 'Mandore gardens', with its charming collection of temples and memorials, and its high rock terraces, is another major attraction. The gardens house the Chhatris (cenotaphs) of many rulers of Jodhpur state. Balsamand Lake - is a lake situated 5 km from Jodhpur on Jodhpur-Mandore Road. This lake is a popular picnic spot, built in 1159 AD by Gurjara-Pratihara rulers. It was designed as a water reservoir to provide water to Mandore.and later visit the local markets for some shopping.Overnight stay at hotel.

  • Day 2 :Jodhpur
    Today let’s explore Jodhpur in the most local way by taking a Blue city walking experience around 9 a.m. (optional)Discover a city that was planned in the form of a human body, where every part of it resembles different organs of the body.Start the trail with a spiritual visit to the historic Krishna Temple located at the heart of Jodhpur.After meeting the priest’s family, proceed towards the narrow yet lively lanes of the Blue City, interact with the locals and discover some of the untold stories and tales about the place.Here onwards, visit the ancient wells that have played a pivotal role among the natives of Jodhpur.On the completion of the heritage visits, it will be time to savour the flavoursome sweets. Savour Gulab Jamun, Mave ki Kachori and other delicacies of Jodhpur. Enhance this tantalizing experience with a visit to the community kitchen and Krishi Mandi (Grain Market). With your arrival at the Clock Tower, this historical and heritage walk will come to an end.Later in the afternoon visit some of the famous Ummaid Bhawan Palace, Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada. Return to the hotel.Overnight stay at hotel.

It may be used as a throw rug, or a bedside rug, or to cover corridors and passages, or even to replace a carpet Potter's Village: Famous for pottery, tourists can see people doing pottery, if you want then you can also try pottery, our representative will completely demonstrate the way people here do pottery and will also help you in doing same.

  • Day 3 :Jodhpur - Manvar/Sam Dunes - (3Hrs – 120 Kms)
    After Breakfast proceed to Manvar /Sam Dunes- an ideal base to explore Indian desert life, culture, wildlife and landscape of breathtaking beauty. It offers a stark and contrasting desert experience. On arrival check into Tents.Late afternoon you can take desert safari, visiting tribal villages, see desert wild life, watch local craftsmen art work and enjoy the beautiful sunset at sand dunes.   • Day 4 :Manvar - Jaisalmer - (5Hrs – 290 Kms)
    Today after Breakfast Depart from Manvar to Jaisalmer - Jaisalmer is a former medieval trading center and princely state in the western Indian state of Rajasthan, in the heart of the Thar Desert. Known as the "Golden City," it's distinguished by its yellow sandstone architecture. Dominating the skyline is Jaisalmer Fort, a sprawling hilltop citadel buttressed by 99 bastions. Behind its massive walls stand the ornate Maharaja's Palace and intricately carved Jain temples.On arrival check into the Hotel.Evening free for leisure to explore the local market for some shopping.Overnight stay at Jaisalmer

  • Day 5 :Jaisalmer
    After Breakfast go for a cultural tour of Jaisalmer covering some beautiful Havelis like Patwon ki Haveli - an interesting piece of Architecture and is the most important among the havelis in Jaisalmer.Nathmalji ki Haveli - was commissioned to serve as the residence of Diwan Mohata Nathmal, the then Prime Minister of Jaisalmer. Maharawal Beri Salcommissioned the construction of this Haveli. Thus the architecture of this haveli is quite different from the one popular in other parts of Jaisalmer.

    Jaisalmer /Sonar /Golden Fort :  
    The fort was built in 1156, and is a proud chattel of the Bhati clan. Rawal Jaiswal was the founder of Jaisalmer city, and Jaisalmer fort was built in his reign. It is a 250 foot tall fort, which is protected by 30 feet long walls. The fort constitutes 99 bastions, amongst these 92 were built between 1633 and 1647. One can see the fusion of Islamic and Rajput architecture. Jaisalmer fort is popularly known as the "Sonar Kila" because it is made of yellow sandstone. The fort looks golden in the early morning when the first rays of the sun reach the ground.
    (There are many outdoor rooftop cafes which gives a stunning views of sunset ) Evening free for some shopping. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Jaisalmer

    This day after Breakfast, transfer to Jodhupur Airport/Railway station for your flight/Train to your home town. You return back with wonderful memories of Rajasthan.
