The best time to visit Rajasthan is during the winter season starting from October to February as it is pleasant throughout the day. The temperature in winter season is moderately low and so it make exploring the city more comfortable. July to September is also a good time to explore Rajasthan as in this period the atmosphere is usually dry with some rainfall. From the month of March to June, Rajasthan experiences high temperature and which is why travelers usually don’t prefer travelling during these months as it gets really uncomfortable to explore the attractions in the heat. 

Summer in Rajasthan:

Starting from March, summer season in Rajasthan continues till June. During this period the climate is a little extreme as the temperature goes up to 48 degree Celsius during the day. The heat makes it very difficult to explore attractions in summer season. Some of the places in Rajasthan which can be visited in summer season are Mount Abu, Kumbhalgarh and Ranakpur as at these places the temperature during summer season range between 24 to 33 degrees Celsius. Apart from the climate, numerous festivals are celebrated in the summer season like Braj Holi in March, Jaipur International Jazz and Blues Festival which is also organized in March. Gauguar and Mewar Festivals are celebrated in April and May. 

Monsoon in Rajasthan:

The month of July starts the monsoons season in Rajasthan which continues till September. Temperature falls across the state as the rain season starts. Though humidity increases up to 77% in some regions. Not all regions experience excess rainfall. In some areas, hailstorms take place in monsoon season. In the month of August you can experience the festival of Kali Teej. 

Winter in Rajasthan:

From the month of October, the winter season starts and continues till mid-March. Winter season is considered to be the best time to visit Rajasthan. You will get to experience cold days as the temperature falls to around 0 degree Celsius. This is when you will get to experience Pushkar festival in November. Taj Aravali was very luxurious property in outskirts of Udaipur. In this property you can breathe fresh air, take long walks and even some of visitors brought bicycles with them. Total luxurious room with bathroom and great view from backyard. Amazing food with great service, Must try Dal Bati-Churma.

Oberoi Udayvilas has literally Royal vibe. They have super royal infrastructure even with heritage building. Lake view from resort with royal environment.Wonderful hospitality and cooperation they have. And amazing food especially candle light dinner with folk music and dance under the open sky with lake view. Must try stuffed mushroom, pizza, dum biryani with tadka raita and many more.

Excellent Break After Corona Pandemic

Our stay at Aurika Resort was an excellent break after corona pandemic. We stayed in an deluxe front villa on the third floor and the views and sound from the top floor were splendid! Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the resort, the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service at the Aurika Restaurant. Moreover, Gorgeous pool areas, beautiful bar and restaurant, excellent service with historic Indian views, very well appointed rooms. The menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. A wonderful mini-vacation at Udapiur!!
