Booking Deposit – Rs 75000 per person to confirm your booking with us.
Before 5th March 2024 – second Installment of Full Ticketing payment
100% payment to be made on or before 15th April 2024.

Cancellation Policy

Rs 75000 – Non Refundable Deposit
79 Days to 60 Days prior to Departure: 30% of the Tour Cost
59 Days to 45 Days prior to Departure: 50% of the Tour Cost
44 Days – 30 Days prior to Departure: 75% of the Tour Cost
Within 30 Days of Departure – 100% of the tour cost
In case of Any Medical Emergency We request Passenger to Send us their Medical Report along with Covering Letter Stating Reasoning for Cancelation of their tour.

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 7 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 7 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, TCS @ 20% will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 10% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 10% TCS will apply.
