• Regarding breakfast in USA it is always for 2 pax in a room and the extra pax have to pay directly for breakfast. However sometimes there are hotels which allows breakfast for all the pax’s in a room. We can recheck on this after we make the reservation.
• Child age  2-9 years. Above 9 years is considered as an adult.
• American breakfast consists of Breads, cheese, butter, juices, cold milk, cereals and fruits. Some hotels may provide hash brown potatoes or hot potatoes.
• Some events are seasonal like Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Beast ride, Yosemite Park, Lake Tahoe etc. (Will be closed for winter)
• We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standers.
• No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
• We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings.
• No Intercity surface transfers are included unless specified in the package.
• We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients.
• Any tours, transfers or event tickets not mentioned in package inclusions.
• Hotel check in times are 3 pm and check out times are 11 am.
• At the time of Hotels Check-In, all Hotels will collect the advance amount from the guests or may have to give their Credit card at some of the hotels towards incidentals. No charges are levied unless the guest’s use.
• Please note that your package includes Stay, Private transfers, Seat in Coach (SIC) transfers and Sightseeing. Any Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), Transfers, Entrances and any Tours (Except for the once pre-booked through us) are additional and passengers have to pay extra in case they intend to opt any.
• Car on disposable basis will be of 10 hours only, if in case you may use more than 10 hours they will charge directly on the spot(that you Have to pay directly).
• Reach the Seat in Coach Tour pick up point 45-30 minutes before your departure time.
• For transfers Total luggage you can carry is 1 big bags (23 KG), 1 small bags (7 kg). if you have any extra bags, then you have to pay directly. 
• All hotels may ask for credit card for refundable security deposit. If you do not have credit card, then hotel might not allow you to check in. Please carry International valid credit card, its mandatory.

• Seat-in-coach sightseeing do not necessarily offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off from hotels.         
• However most of the downtown hotels has complementary pick-up. 
• Any type of mandatory fee like a resort fee/city tax etc. has to be paid at the hotel directly, the same is not a part of the package and cannot be pre-paid.
• For Victoria Tour: We take a ferry ride of 90 Minute on BC Ferries from Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal to arrive at Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal in Victoria. Further proceed to Butchart Gardens followed by a city tour.
• Transfers to & from “FlyOver Canada, Vancouver” attraction, on own arrangement.
• FlyOver Canada – operates from 1000 Hours to 2100 Hours
• Attractions are subject to weather conditions.
• Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.

REFUNDS:

·        There will be no refund on utilized services.

·        Due to reasons beyond our control such asstrikes, heavy traffic, rain etc or you did not use services such as Meals,Entrance Fees, Sightseeing Tour, Hotels, cruises, Optional Tours it is clearlyunderstood that there will be no refund due to any reason whatsoever.

·        Any refund (if due) process will take minimum 30days or the time taken as per the supplier policy on whose services needs to berefunded.

·        Refunds will be given in Indian Rupees and thruCheque or Bank Transfers only even though payment by cash.

·        If refund is due in foreign currency the rate ofexchange will be considered on the day when refund is made and not the day whenthe payment was made.
