• A rapid Antigen test will be done at Airport within 6 hours of Departure (Approx. INR 2700)
• Rapid test at the UAE airport - Report will be given within 12 -24 hours, meanwhile you have to stay isolated at the hotel/ Accomodation.
• PCR test within 48 hours of Departure from UAE (Approx. 150 - 250 AED)

IMP NOTES FOR COVID 19:-

1. Guest needs to do PCR test in India, if the Tests Results comes out to be Negative then he / she will be allowed to Travel and upon reaching UAE, the report should not be more than 48 hours old
2. Printout of the PCR test result is mandatory.

5. In India itself, Guest will have to download the Covid19-DXB Smart App and they will have to update a UAE number on which the test results will be shared and also the results will be shared on the App.

8. Health Declaration form to be filled and submitted at Indian Airport.

10. In flight, Airline Crew will be sharing a form to fill up the Basic Details along with India and UAE contact number and email ID.

12. Upon reaching UAE, there will be one more test done at the Airport and that result will come in 24 Hours to 36 Hours and till then the Guest will not be allowed to move around and will have to keep himself isolated at the Hotel
13. Once the Guest will receive his test results claiming it to be Negative then they can move around Dubai.
14. If you are travelling to Dubai, you need to carry a Covid-19 Test Report, Your Visa Copy, Travel Insurance and Self Declaration Form.
15. You need to show it to the Dubai Health Authority Employees at the Airport on Arrival before proceeding to the Immigration Counters.
16. All the Passengers need to go through another round of PCR test at the Arrival Point and Download the covid-19 app to get the result.
17. If you have a Negative test result, then you can go without Quarantine (can change on case to case basis)
18. However, if you come up with a positive test result on arrival, then you need to be in self-quarantine for 14 days and do the test again.
19. You can then go to the Baggage Carousels to collect your bags, then walk towards the Exit Gates to take a Taxi, a Ride on the Metro or be picked up by your Friend or Relative.

Payment Policy

• Initial deposit - Rs. 25,000/- to confirm your booking with us.
• 50% of the Total payment to be made before 20 days of the departure. 
• 100% payment to be made at least 10 days before departure. 
• Payment will be collected in the INR as per ROE on the date respective dates.

CANCELLATION CHARGES PER PERSON FOR LAND PORTION:

• 35 Days or more prior to Departure Rs.7500/-
• 34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 30% of the Tour Cost
• 14 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost
• 8 Days to 3 Days prior to Departure 75% of the Tour Cost
• Within 3 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost
• Cancellation in Airline will be as per Airline norms and conditions.

IMPORTANT TOUR GUIDELINES:

• Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels/Airline. It’s Subject To Avability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by Passenger
• Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel prices, change in government regulations, taxes, etc charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them. Above rates are subject to change with our prior notice.
• Airline like Spice Jet, Fly Dubai, Air Arabia, are LCC (Low cost carriers), so no food and water will be served on board.
• International Hotel Check in time 1400hrs, Check out Time 1200hrs.
• Atlantis hotel Check in time 1500hrs, Check out Time 1200hrs.
• In Atlantis or any other 5 * Hotel property, 50 USD is compulsory to pay as a deposit at the time of check in.
• Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for any up gradation in room categories.
• Coach will be with you during your sightseeing only, in your free time we are not bound to serve you a vehicle .For further transportation needed at your free time has to be managed by you at your own cost.
• Meal coupons provided without transfers. (restaurants are walking distance from your hotel, please note closing time of restaurant)
• We will not be held responsible for any delays in airline leading to misconnecting of onwards flights.
• If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Flamingo Transworld Pvt. Ltd. Is not responsible for any compensation for hotel, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
• Tap water is not safe in UAE and not any hotel will provide you drinking water you have to buy water on your own.
