- Below Itinerary is a tentative itinerary. Final Itinerary we will give you one week before your departure date.

- Breakfast in the hotel will be as per hotel policy either Japanese / Continental
- Maharaj will not serve any items during Breakfast time.
- There might be a few Pack Meals during the tour due to time constraints.
- Maharaj will assist you during Lunch & Dinner.
- For Direct Joining Passengers, if you arrive 03 hours before of group arrives, you will wait at the airport & we will arrange your transfers with the group only.
- If Flight timing differs from our group timings, then transfers need to arrange on your own in a taxi to a hotel or vice versa. Please check flight timing with us before booking.
- Please carry 20 KG weight per person in the main bag & 07 KG. Weight per person in a handbag.
- Because of Maharaja Tour, you will carry 05 K G. weight per person will give by Flamingo Staff at Check-In Counter. So please pack your bag accordingly.
ABOUT ITINERARY:
We consider Arrival & Departure transfers will be one. So we will arrange Group Transfers to Airport to Hotel or Vice Versa.
If Group members are arriving in different flight with Different Timings, in this case airport to Hotel or Vice Versa Transfer price will be additional as per number of persons & Vehicle availability.

MEAL:
- Breakfast in the hotel will be as per hotel policy either Japanese / Continental.
- If you are taking Restaurant Meal or taking Maharaj Tour, some of meal will be Pack, some places Local Chef will prepare meal in Indian Restaurant due to time constraint & kitchen access.
- In Japan Dinner will be around 07 P. M around.
TRANSPORTATION:
- Coaches: Coaches with air conditioning are used on our group tours for city sightseeing, short excursions to the countryside and longer transfers where necessary. Roads in Japan are extremely well maintained and are comparatively smooth with the rest of Asia.
- Coach shall be available only for 11 hours per day.
- Coach Service conclude service by 2000 Hours.
- Bullet Trains: seats are booked for our groups on bullet trains; there will be toilet facilities on board.
- When you will travel By Shinkansen Train, you will allow to carry 07 KG (01 Bag) hand bag with you, so your main bag or big bag will courier (01 bag per person) 01 time to other place. So for 02 or 03 days you will travel with 07 KG (01 Bag) hand bag.
LANGUAGE:
- Language is a big problem in Japan as very few people can understand or talk English. It is also advisable to carry your hotel cards everywhere in case you are out on your own.

HOTEL RULE:
- Any usage of Minibar, Laundry, and Telephone Charges shall be settled directly by clients.
- Tap Water is Safe in Japan but daily we will provide you 02 water bottle per person (500 ML).
- Japanese hotel provide basic amenities in hotel room, so we request you please carry lotion with you.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Your day will start early around 0800 to 0900 HRS in the morning and will end by 0800 to 0900 HRS. As the coach usage duration is 11 hours so the day will end accordingly.
- Wear comfortable shoes as there will be lots of walking in Japan
- Please carry your own required medicines as medicines are not sold in Japan without prescription.
- There are many 7/11 shops for buying water, snacks, fruits etc.
- Please carry umbrella and warm wear as certain cities receive rainfall throughout the year.
- In certain hotels, tea and coffee sachets are not available. Most of hotels have local tea that is without creamer and sugar.
- For tea lovers we are requesting you please carry Indian Tea Packets.
- There will be long walks from parking to the visit place.
