Cancellation Policy

35 Days or more prior to Departure - Rs.50, 000/-
34 Days to 31 Days prior to Departure - 50% of the Tour Cost
30 Days to Date of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Internal Flight is calculated as per Rs.13500 Ex Johannesburg is and fare is subject to availability at the time of booking

It is impossible to do all the Optional/Adventure Activities in South Africa Group Tour so you have to select your activities before your travel and our Tour Manager will guide you how to manage the Activities during your stay in South Africa.
For Optional Activities: If Weather Does Not permit then Flamingo is not responsible. In case you wish to do any additional optional activities our coach will not be available, our Tour Manager will help you arrange the Transport to the optional Activity Places (WITH EXTRA OPTIONAL COST)
Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings. Please reach at pickup point at least 10mins before your given pickup time. And make yourself visible to Driver/Coach Captain. Coach drivers cannot wait if you are late. If you are late, you will need to make your own arrangements at own cost.

Breakfast will start from Day2 of the itinerary.
Tap water is suitable for drinking.

Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.

Baggage Allowance 20 Kg per person for Check in Baggage.5 Kgs for Cabin Baggage.

Nelspruit Airport to Lodge & back to Airport transfer is from the Lodge.

Above Cost is Valid for Minimum 02 Passengers travelling to gather.
When child is sharing the Room with Adult there will be 2 Queen Size Bed, OR 1 King Size Bed & 1 Sofa Bed or Rollover bed will be available in the same Room.
