Day wise travel itinerary

  • Day 1 :Arrival - Johannesburg
    Arrive at Johannesburg International airport and meet with your driver who will be holding a placard of your name in the arrivals hall and proceed for overnight at Johannesburg.

  • Day 2 :Johannesburg - George - Knysna
    After breakfast depart to Johannesburg airport and take flight for George & transfers to hotel. The Garden Routes a stretch of the southeastern coast of South Africa which extends from Mossel Bay in the Western Cape to the Storms River in the Eastern Cape. The name comes from the verdant and ecologically diverse vegetation encountered here and the numerous lagoons and lakes dotted along the coast. It includes towns such as George, Knysna, Plettenberg Bay, and Mossel Bay. Overnight at Knysna.

  • Day 3 :Knysna - Tsitsikamma
    After breakfast depart for Bloukran’s bridge – Face Adrenaline at Bloukran’s Bungy is a Proud Guinness World Record Holder for the Highest Commercial Bungee Jump in the World at 216m! Get your adrenalines pumping as you opt for Bungee Jump or Bridge Walk as an optional activity! Later proceed towards Tsitsikamma National Park, via Plettenberg bay. The Tsitsikamma National Park is an 80 km long coastal strip between Nature's Valley and the mouth of the Storms River. In the park all the visitors finds an almost untouched natural landscape. Also, do not miss the opportunity to enjoy the walk on suspension bridge. Overnight at Knysna.

  • Day 4 :Knysna - Oudtshoorn
    Depart for a day trip to Oudtshoorn, to visit the Ostrich Farm and Cango Caves. At the Ostrich Farm, come face to face With the biggest bird in the world. Safari Ostrich Farm offers comprehensive and complete information regarding the ostrich - and ostrich industry. Later visit the Cango Caves - one of the world’s great natural wonders, sculptured by nature through the ages - fascinating limestone formations in a wide variety of colors. An underground wonder world, International renowned as one of the world’s great natural wonders sculpted by nature through the ages; their fascinating limestone formation occurs in a variety of ways. Overnight at Knysna.

  • Day 5 :Knysna - Capetown
    Early morning depart for Cape Town, whilst the views of the Garden Route which is probably South Africa’s most celebrated area, a stretch of coast heralded as one of the country’s highlights. Its stunning scenery is a major attribute of the town. Arrive in Cape Town and overnight at Cape Town.

  • Day 6 :Cape Peninsula Tour
    Morning depart for full day Cape Peninsula tour. Travel at a tempo that permits you to discover the splendor of the Cape Peninsula. Visit Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve along one of South Africa’s most scenic routes, passing Hout Bay and the dramatic view from Chapman’s Peak Drive. 
    Depart for a cruise to Seal Island, to view seals and sea birds at the famous Duiker Island. Take a Funicular ride and experience beautiful Cape Point Nature Reserve, where (by tradition) two marine ecosystems meet, is the main highlight. Visit Boulders beach to see Jackass Penguins which are only found in this colony. Overnight at Cape Town.

  • Day 7 :Capetown City Orientation Tour
    After breakfast, depart for Table Mountain and half day City Orientation Tour. Proceed towards Table Mountain for unforgettable sweeping views (weather permitting & Non refundable). Here we are able to see Table Mountain from the equal attitude because the early settlers did once they sailed into Table Bay. Return to the city through Malay Quarter, company gardens, house of Parliament and pass by the Castle of Good Hope. Travel to the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, and stop for some shopping at the V&A Mall. Overnight at Cape Town. 

    Please Note: Table Mountain is a weather permitting activity; it can be shifted on another day if it is closed on the day mentioned in the itinerary.

    After breakfast depart for flight back to home with amazing memories of your trip.

Table Mountain (weather permitting)

The Table Mountain Aerial Cableway Company has been providing visitors with a world-class experience since October 4, 1929. The company operates in a National Park and World Heritage Site.

The mountain’s magnetism has a way of drawing people in, compelling them to reach the summit. But getting to the top was not always the effortless trip it is today.The Cableway has transported over 27-million people to the summit of Table Mountain
Each of the two cable cars can carry 65 people
More than 800 people can enjoy the trip every hour
The floor of the circular cabin rotates to allow travellers 360° views
The cable cars’ circular shape ensures excellent aerodynamics and stability
Approximately 909 000 visitors from all over the world use the Cableway annually
Tickets can be bought online from anywhere in the world
The cable cars travel at a maximum speed of 10m per second
The cable cars take four to five minutes to reach the top of the mountain
Each of the Cableway’s cables is 1 200m in length
The cables weigh 18 tons and are attached to counter-weights weighing 134 tons each
The cable car base is a water tank with a 3 000l capacity. This provides fresh water for visitors, and is used as ballast in windy conditions
The cable cars can carry up to 5 200kg each

Boulders Beach

Boulders Beach, just outside Cape Town, has so much going for it you will be blown away by the beauty of the small hidden attraction. The ancient granite boulders protect it from the wind and large waves, which makes it an ideal swimming spot for children. It falls under the Table Mountain National Park Marine Protected Area. At the beautiful Boulders Beach, you can get to view the most famous birds, The African penguins.

Seal Island Cruise

Seal Island, located near Cape Town, in South Africa is a popular destination amongst the tourists. The island is so named because of the great number of Cape fur seals that occupy it. It is 5 acres in area and home to approx 64,000 cape fur seals.The boat ride is quite astonishing with thanks to some splendid views of the mountains it offers. 45 minutes to the boat ride and you enter a huge seal colony which houses this species in plenty. The boat ride can get rough at times because of heavy wind. Do not forget to carry your jackets on this trip, as it often gets windy.

Cape of Good Hope

A part of Table Mountain National Park, Cape of Good Hope is a superb place in South Africa that is a favorite among tourists. Speckled with alluring scenery, some secluded beaches, awesome walking trails and brilliant spots for bird watching, it is simply bliss to visit this ultra-famous yet quaint spot. A two days long trip to the Cape of Good Hope Trail is a winsome arched trail which has you spend a day in Restio huts. It is a great indulgence here but you need to make bookings in advance. Another great attraction oh this place is 250 different avian species that are spotted here, including ostriches and cormorants.

Flying Dutchman Funicular

Apart from offering visitors an exciting and novel method of travel, taking the Flying Dutchman funicular saves visitors an uphill walk from the car park to see the old lighthouse and enjoy the panoramic views.The Flying Dutchman Funicular, also known as the Cape Point Funicular, is a funicular railway located at Cape Point. It is believed to be the only commercial funicular of its type in Africa, and takes its name from the local legend of the Flying Dutchman ghost ship.
