Day wise travel itinerary

Day 1 :India - Zurich - Lucerne
Arrive Zurich international airport and transfer to Lucerne by validating swiss rail pass. Arrive Lucerne and transfer yourself to Hotel. Later in the evening and go for the Lake Lucerne Cruise .( free with swiss rail pass)Return back to hotel. Overnight in Lucerne.
Day 2 :Lucerne - Engelberg - Mt.Titlis - Engelberg - Lucerne
After breakfast take a train to Engelberg and start your Fun filled day by taking two stages of cable cars to go up to Mt, Titlis 3020 meter above the sea level. Your Mt. Titlis ticket also includes the Ice Flyer to take you upto the Glacier Park where you can enjoy snow activities on the top. Return back to Lucerne by late afternoon. Explore Lucerne town and visit the Kapell Brucke Bridge and Lion Monument. Best Way to explore the city is to opt for a 40 minute nonstop train tour with audio guide. Next you can opt for very famous Transport Museum of Switzerland. Overnight in Lucerne.

Day 3 :Lucerne - Interlaken
After breakfast checkout and transfer yourself to Interlaken. Arrive Interlaken , transfer yourself to Hotel and Check in. Day at Leisure to explore thee Lake Brinz or Lake Thun or Visit the famous Ballenberg Open air Museum showcasing more than 100 original buildings from all over Switzerland. (free with swiss rail pass). Overnight in Interlaken.

Day 4 :Interlaken - Mt Jungfraujoch - Trummelbach Falls - Interlaken
After breakfast depart to Interlaken station and take a train to Lauterbrunnen where you can stop and take a Post bus to see Trummelbach Glacier Falls (To be purchased directly). Later take a cog wheel train upto the Junfraujoch – Top of Europe. Visit Ice Palace and enjoy view on top. Return back and Overnight in Interlaken.

Day 5 :Zurich - London
After breakfast , check out and transfer yourself to the airport to board the flight to London.( flight fare is not included ) Arrive London and you will be transfer to Hotel and check in . Evening will be free to stroll around the Thames river and Trafalgar square . Overnight in London.

After Breakfast , proceed on your own to the departure point of your Hop on Hop off Bus. Visit the main landmarks of London - Bigben, Tower of London, Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum (Entry Included), St. Paul’s Cathedral, West Minister’s Abbey, London Bridge, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, and Oxford Street. Later in the evening reach to London eye to enjoy ride. Return back to hotel .Overnight in London.

60 Days or more prior to Departure - Rs.50,000/-
59 to 35 Days prior to Departure - 50 % of the Tour Cost
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure - 75 % of the Tour Cost
Within 15 Days of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025

5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and

20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year

(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Kindly accept the package confirmations in written to process the bookings.
It is compulsory for customer to check the hotel reviews on booking.com, trip advisor and then take confirmation in email
It is compulsory to fill the booking form when any booking is finalized.
No booking will be processed by the operations team without duly signed booking form.
No verbal requests will be taken unless mentioned in Booking form /Email/ Watsapp/ Text.
Rate of Exchange will be considered on the day when you make final payment.
The validity of the passport should not be less than 6 months from the date of arrival in Europe.
Any extra services requested apart from the mentioned services in this quotation will be charged additionally.
In case of any last minute changes in Airline Taxes / Fuel Surcharge/ Fluctuation of currency cannot be informed by prior notice.
In Europe Hotel rates , trains fare, internal flights fare are dynamic and tend to fluctuate a lot. So, final rates can be given only when all services are finally booked
Seat In Coach Tours have a city centre pick up. City Centre point to be reached on your own , if you cant reach on time then it will be consider as no show & no refund
Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost.
Train tickets, Internal flights , Rail passes , Sightseeing are Non – Refundable , once issued. Same will be issued as soon as the packages will be finalized. If passengers do not agree to the same the change in price will be Bourne by the passengers only.
Meals are booked on time slots , once meals confirmed no amendments or cancellations can be made.
The standard menu in Europe are:
Breakfasts (Cereals, Breads, Butter, Jam, Fruits, Milk, Tea, Coffee)
Lunches and Dinners (2 Vegetables, Daal, Roti/ Naan, Rice, Pickle/Papad/ Salad)
Any Additional in above menu will be charged extra(Like: Starters, Soup, Desert or any particular Sabji or Daal)
Generally rooms in European hotels are very compact and small in size( Approx 15m2-18m2)
Due to climatic conditions not all Hotels Have Air-Conditioning/ Fans in the rooms.
International Hotel Standard Check in time 1400 hrs Check out Time 1100hrs.
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake Facing / Deluxe / Suite Rooms.
Double Rooms could be one double bed or Twin- that is two single beds.
Extra bed in Triple room will be either provided as a rollaway bed or folding bed .
Allocation of the Rooms are done only while check-in by the Hotel Front Desk and are not in our limits.
Adjacent rooms/ Rooms on same floor cannot be committed or guaranteed.
Cooking anything in the hotel is strictly prohibited, in case of not following the rules, heavy penalties are levied to the passenger.
Any damage caused by the passengers in the hotel or apartment rooms. For example: Breakage of any assets, oil stains in the rooms, scratches on the glass or wooden flooring. Heavy penalties will be charged by the hotel to be borne by the passengers. Such penalties will be charged on the refundable deposit paid at the properties or asked additionally.
Refundable deposits are blocked at every Hotel/ Aparment on forex card or credit card only.
As tap water is drinkable in Europe. Hotels do not provide complimentary drinking water.
Tea Kettles are not provided in all the Hotel Rooms, we suggest to carry your own.
Most of the times Wi-fi is not available in the rooms, can be accessed only in the public areas like - lobby of the Hotel.
No room services/ No bell boy / No protreage at any Hotel / Apartment
Drivers in Europe- are local language speaking only, they are not knowledgeable enough for any kind of guidance.
Vehicle is booked as per itinerary only. Incase of extra kms or reroute of itinerary, shall be charged additionally.
During sunny days between Mid june - September, please allow 30-45 minutes for the vehicle air conditioners to cool as the coolants take some time to work efficiently.
We as an agent or Hotel Team will not be responsible for loss of any Valuables/Passports anywhere. During Visa Process or On Tour Or at the airport incase of passport damage we shall not be responsible for any consequences.
Overseas Medical insurance is must for Schengen Visas and Also must for travel. In some cases all medical reports may be require.
There is No Refund for unutilized Services.
