    Important Notes

    • In case of travel to more than one Schengen country, please submit your application to the Embassy / Consulate where you will be staying for the maximum number of days. In case of equal stay, one has to apply at the Schengen country which is the first port of entry.
    • For the Schengen visa process, all the necessary documents should be in Photocopy except those documents which are asked in ORIGINAL. 
    • All visa applicants irrespective of nationality who applied for a Schengen visa should come personally to the local VFS office to give mandatory fingerprint formality which is long time time-consuming in tourist pick season. On the day of submission, your all fingers must be clear from HINA (Mehdi), cuts, etc. 
    • If Biometric is given after 2nd November 2015 then we can submit your application on behalf of the applicant. But if your data cannot be fetched by the Embassy/Consulate then they may ask to give biometrics again.  
    • Granting Visas is the sole discretion of the Consulates / Embassy, subject to the documents submitted. We are facilitators in the process. Flamingo is not held responsible for rejection or delay in getting visas/passports from said Consulate / Embassy.
    • No documents will be returned by the Embassy/Consulate after the visa process. 
    • Must declare rejection if rejected in any country in last 10 years and mention rejection year and category of visa of Rejected country. 
    • All applicants have to pay visa fees, VFS charges & courier charges in cash at the local VFS center.
    • Single, double, and multiple entry decisions totally depend on the consulate 
    • If a passenger has a passport with any observation regarding the Data page then the Affidavit and Paper advertisement in English are mandatory.
    • Issued within the last 10 years and with at least 3 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two blank pages. Handwritten passports and passports with observations regarding the front page (bio data) cannot be accepted.  

    • If the marriage certificate not there have to submit a notary of 100 rs regarding the marriage.

    For Belgium Visa

    Embassy in New Delhi:

    • Jurisdiction: India, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh
    • Consular constituency: Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh
    • India: States of Assam, Bihar, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tripura, Uttaranchal, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal; Territories of Andaman and Nicobar and Chandigarh.

    Consulate General in Mumbai:

    • Jurisdiction and consular constituency: Indian States of Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Territories of Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Puducherry

    For Croatia Visa

    • Cancellation of accommodation after issuance of visa for the Republic of Croatia may lead to revocation of visa.
    • The minimum processing time for visa applications has been extended from 30 days period to 60 days In case the documents are not submitted as per requirements or due to other factors or justified reasons, the processing time may be extended.
    • Compulsory birth certificate in English below 18

    For Greece Visa

    • Greece-Relationship proof:  Spouse traveling together Spouse name to be endorsed in both the passports otherwise Original Marriage Certificate requires apostille from MEA.

    For Hungary Visa

    • Applications from the residents of Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bangalore Whitefield, Chennai, Cochin, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Goa, Puducherry, Trivandrum, and Pune are to be decided by the Consulate of Hungary in Mumbai.
    • The place of issue of a passport or the permanent resident mentioned in the passport does not determine the jurisdiction but it is the current place where an applicant resides for the past 6 months that determines whether he/she belongs to a specific jurisdiction.
    • With Effect From 15 March 2015, all the applicants need to lodge their visa application according to their jurisdiction.
    • Jurisdiction for applicants applying from North and East India comprising the states of New Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Orissa, Tripura, Sikkim and West Bengal.
    • Jurisdiction for applicants applying from West and South India comprising the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, the Union Territories of Daman, Diu, Dadra, and Nagar Haveli, Lakshadweep, Pondicherry, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Gujarat.
    VFS Visa Application Centers for Hungary Visa:
    North and East Zone
    • New Delhi, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Kolkata
    West and South Zone
    • Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Cochin, Pune, Goa, Pondicherry, Trivandrum, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad

    For Italy Visa

    • No handwritten passports will be accepted. Passports with any manual observations will not be accepted.
    • Jurisdiction:
    • Applications from the residents of New Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Chandigarh are to be decided by the Embassy of Italy in New Delhi
    • Applications from the residents of Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Goa, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Daman and Diu, Dadra, Nagar Haveli, Lakshadweep, Pondicherry, Telangana are to be decided by the Consulate of Italy in Mumbai
    • Applications from the residents of the States of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Orissa, Tripura, Sikkim and West Bengal, the Union Territory of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Nepal are to be decided by the Consulate of Italy in Kolkata.
    • The place of issue of a passport or the permanent resident mentioned in the passport does not determine the jurisdiction but it is the current place where an applicant resides for the past 6 months that determines whether he/she belongs to a specific jurisdiction. Please note that visa applications cannot be processed from applicants (including Indian nationals) not permanently residing in India. Those visiting India and wishing to go to Italy from India - even on their way back to their country of residence - need to apply for their Schengen visa before departing from the relevant Consulate of their country of residence.
    • You’ll also need to know the documents that you’ll have to submit along with your application, how long the application might take, and the fees you’ll have to pay.

    • Afghanistan,

    • Bangladesh,

    • Bhutan,

    • Maldives,

    • Nepal,

    • Sri Lanka.

    And Schengen visa applications from citizens (or residents) of:

    • India who are residing in Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi (NCR), Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu-Kashmir, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tripura, Uttaranchal, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal,

    • Afghanistan,

    • Bhutan,

    • Maldives.

    Please note: Starting 1 December 2022 applicants from Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Bhutan, and Maldives can submit their visa applications in any Visa Application Centre (not only in Delhi) that is accepting applications for the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi. The centers are located in New Delhi, Kolkata, Chandigarh and Jaipur.

    Mumbai

    Jurisdiction of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Mumbai covers the VACs mentioned below.

    The Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Mumbai will only accept applications from those who legally reside in the Jurisdiction of CG Mumbai. The proof of that is either the appropriate address at the page of the passport or the place of issue if the passport

    Mumbai,

    •Ahmedabad,

    • Bangalore,

    • Chennai,

    • Hyderabad.

    The above-mentioned VACs accept visa application forms from India (Andhra Pradesh, Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Goa, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Pondicherry, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andaman and Nicobar Islands).

    For Portugal Visa

    Only residents of the states of Goa, Maharashtra, Union Territories of Daman and Diu, and Dadra and Nagar Haveli may apply for visas at the Consulate General of Portugal in Goa. Residents of other states, if residing for more than six months in one of the above listed states, may also apply at this Consular Post, subject to presentation of proof of residence.

    The jurisdiction of the Consulate General of Portugal in Goa covers the VACs in:

    Mumbai and Pune.

    The residents in a different Indian State should submit their request through the Embassy of Portugal in New Delhi. Jurisdiction of the Embassy of Portugal in New Delhi covers the VACs in:

    Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Jalandhar, Kolkata and New Delhi

    Flight bookings (roundtrip). Also, include internal travel reservations.

    Applications from the residents of the States of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Orissa, Tripura, Sikkim and West Bengal, the Union Territory of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Nepal are to be decided by the Consulate of Italy in Kolkata.
