Initial deposit – Full INR Portion per person to confirm you're booking with us.
Second Installment- Rs. 30,000/- per person between 15 to 20 days of booking date.
100% payment is to be made at least 20 days before departure.
35 Days or more prior to Departure Full INR Portion
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 35% of the Tour Cost
14 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure 70% of the Tour Cost
08 Days and beyond 100% of the Tour Cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 394 of the Income Tax Bill 2025
5% TCS on spends towards International Holiday Packages for cumulative spends (within or outside Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd) up to Rs 10 Lakhs in a financial year and
20% TCS for incremental spends beyond Rs. 10 Lakhs in the same Financial year
(Declaration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, TCS will be applicable on 20% & TCS Credit might not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available. Also Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with 20% TCS will apply.

Flow Of Itinerary Will Be Finalized Before 10 Days of Departure Date
It is compulsory to submit PAN Card copy as per RBI rules.
Above Adult Rates is Per Person and based on Twin/Triple sharing
Payment made will be as per the prevailing rate of exchange + 50 paisa on the day of your payment
In cruise Guest need to pay Gratuity 40 USD Directly on Cruise.
If the Infant is 2 years old when he lands back in the home country after the tour then only he/she is considered as infant
Room allocation Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in. 90% of rooms are Twin rooms & there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake facing Rooms.
Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
Portages and Coach Captain Tips are extra.
There is No Refund for unutilized Service.
International Hotel Check in time 1500hrs, Check out Time 1100hrs.
Baggage allowance is 20/25/30 Kg (as per your Airline) for Check in Luggage + 7 KG is Hand Bag allowance.
You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
Photographs are compulsory for on arrival visas. Please keep one passport Copy Xerox and one Ticket copy Xerox ready to be submitted for on arrival visas.
It is always advisable to keep 2 Photographs with you during the journey. Please keep one Xerox copy of your passport with your relative, in India and one Xerox copy of passport with you during the travel.
It is important and advisable to have International Travel Insurance for the entire period of your stay in foreign country.
For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police for which Flamingo will not be responsible. Passengers are requested to submit Xerox copy of Passport along with page showing arrival stamp in India.
