Day wise travel itinerary

  • Day 1 :India - London
    Arrive at London International Airport , you will be transfer to hotel and check in . Evening will be free to stroll around the Thames river and Trafalgar square. Overnight in London.

  • Day 2 :London
    After breakfast , depart for  London City Tour. Spend time at – Bigben, Tower of London, Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum (Entry Included), St. Paul’s Cathedral, West Minister’s Abbey, London Bridge, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Oxford Street and London Eye (Ticket Included). You can opt for a cruise on River Thames. Back to the hotel. Overnight in London.

  • Day 3 :London
    After breakfast , proceed to the Windsor Castle, visit the beautiful Castle & its State Apartment (Entrance Included), onto Oxford visit this beautiful university town. Visit the main sights of Oxford. Later depart for Shakespeare’s birth place Stratford – Upon – Avon. You can opt for a visit to Shakespeare’s House which is now converted to Museum (Entrance not Included). Return back to London. Overnight in London.

  • Day 4 :London - Reykjavik
    Arrive At Keflavik Airport. You will be transfer to Hotel  and  Check in. After freshen up proceed to  visit the Blue Lagoon The Blue Lagoon geothermal spa is one of the most visited attractions in Iceland. The spa is situated in a lava field in Grindavík on the southwestern Iceland. Overnight at Keflavik.

  • Day 5 :Keflavik - Vik / South Iceland
    After breakfast,  check out and  depart for Seljelandsfoss. Seljalandsfoss is one of the best known waterfalls in Iceland. It is 65 meters high and it is breathtakingly beautiful. Here you get a chance to walk behind the falls. After the magnificent views of Falls drive to Volcano Museum located at Eyjafjallajökull .Farmers living at the foot of Eyjafjallajökull always knew the volcano was a sleeping giant. For generations, stories of the volcano’s mighty past were as much a legacy as the land on which they live. The Museum showcases the History of the Eyjafjallajökull Volcano eruption in the year 2011 which has europe on stand still for some time. Later drive to Skogafoss. Skogafoss is Located at the town of Skogar is a 60 meter tall falls.  The breath-taking view of Skogáfoss waterfall and scenic surroundings and the snow-capped heights of two towering glaciers are Skógar's major attraction. If you are lucky with a clear day may get to see rainbows on clear day at the falls. Later Drive to Vik/ South Iceland. Overnight in Vik / South Iceland.

  • Day 6 :Vik / South Iceland
    After breakfast, get ready for a beautiful walk to Solheimasandur Plane Wreck. It’s one of Iceland’s most photographed locations. On Saturday Nov 24, 1973, a United States Navy Douglas Super DC-3 airplane was forced to land on Sólheimasandur’s black sand beach in the south of Iceland after experiencing some severe icing. Luckily all crew members survived the crash, but the airplane’s fuselage was abandoned. Now it’s become a photography dream location. Later Drive to Dyrholaey. On top in the higher area of Dyrhólaey you will have a breathtaking view to all directions.  To the north you see Mýrdalsjökull glacier, to the east you will see the beautiful black lava seastacksReynisdrangar and to the west you can view the endless black coastline and then in front of the peninsula there is a huge black arch of lava reaching out into the sea which  the peninsula take its name from.  Dyrhólaey literally means "the hill island with the door hole". Overnight in Vik / South Iceland

  • Day 7 :Vik / Soth Iceland - Eglistadir / East Iceland
    After breakfast,  check out and start towards further side of South Iceland On the way you could visit Skaftafell National park,  which has several Glacier Hikes possibility. Skaftafell is a wilderness area in Iceland's Vatnajökull National Park. Its huge glaciers include Skaftafellsjökull and Svínafellsjökull. Trails lead to Kristínartindar Mountain and to the Svartifoss waterfall, which tumbles over black basalt columns. Next stop is on the most beautiful location called Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon where you enjoy the Amphibian boat tour. Enjoy the Lagoon with floating icebergs, and on the opposite side of the lagoon is the crystal beach where these floating icebergs are pushed on the shore by the waves of the ocean. Jökulsárlón is a glacial lagoon, bordering Vatnajökull National Park in southeastern Iceland. Its still, blue waters are dotted with icebergs from the surrounding Breiðamerkurjökull Glacier, part of larger Vatnajökull Glacier. The lagoon flows through a short waterway into the Atlantic Ocean, leaving chunks of ice on a black sand beach. In winter, the fish-filled lagoon hosts hundreds of seals. Later continue the drive towards Eglistadir / East Iceland ,where you will stay Overnight in South Iceland.

  • Day 8 :Eglistadir - Akureyri
    After breakfast, check out and start your day towards Akyureri. On the way cover Dettifoss.  Dettifoss is a waterfall in Vatnajökull National Park in Northeast Iceland, and is reputed to be the most powerful waterfall in Europe. The water comes from the nearby Vatnajökull glacier. Later drive to Lake Myvatn area. Mývatn is a volcanic lake in northern Iceland. On the northeastern shore, Reykjahlíð village has an information center and is a base for exploring the area. East of here, Mývatn Nature Baths have a naturally heated man-made lagoon, with mineral-rich waters known for their health-giving properties. A short distance away, near Námafjall Mountain, is Hverir, a hot-springs area with boiling mud pots and fumaroles.  After finishing you activities at Lake Myvatn drive to Akyureri .Overnight in .Akureyri.

  • Day 9 :Akyureri
    After breakfast , morning enjoy Whale Watching in Akureyri (3 hours) - Departuring from Akureyri this roughly 3 hour tour offers a full whale watching and wildlife. Brimming with wildlife the fjord offers breathtaking mountain scenery, lush green valleys and a unique coastal landscape peppered with iconic small farms and villages. Several whale species can be spotted on the tour e.g. Humpback Whale, Minke Whale, White Beaked Dolphins &Harbour Porpoise. Also enjoy a coastal drive on Atlantic ocean up to Dalvik and visit Mirror lake / Shallow lake. Evening have a stroll in Akureyri city .Overnight in Akureyri.

  • Day 10 :Akyureri - Frammes
    After breakfast , Check out and proceed towards Icelandic Seal Center in Hvammstangi. It’s the biggest seal colony that you could find in entire Scandinavian region. You will find different species of Seals on the shores of this area. Continue the drive towards Snaefellsnes Peninsula (Movie – Journey to the centre of the earth) It has been named Iceland in Miniature, because many national sights can be found in the area, including the Snæfellsjökull volcano, regarded as one of the symbols of Iceland. With its height of 1446 m, it is the highest mountain on the peninsula and has a glacier at its peak. The volcano can be seen on clear days from Reykjavík, a distance of about 120 km. The mountain is also known as the setting of the novel Journey to the Center of the Earth by the French author Jules Verne. One of the highest photographed region in Iceland due to its mirror lake reflecting the mountain and also waterfall in the region. Later depart to Framnes Overnight in Framnes.

  • Day 11 :Frammes - Reykholt
    After breakfast  , check out and proceed towards Vatnshellir Lava Cave . Vatnshellir (From Icelandic: Water Cave) is a great example of a lava cave which is typical to Iceland. Inside the lava cave there are two main sections. The length of the cave is 200 meters and depth is 35 meters below the surface. The upper section has great features and unique formations of lava statues curved on the sides of the lava tube. The lower part of the lava cave which can be reached by a long and narrow staircase takes the visitors deep down underground to a place which was hidden from the outside world for thousands of years, scientists believe Vatnshellir was created in an eruption between 6,000-8,000 years ago. After Lava cave, you directly drive to Start your Exciting Journey Into the Glacier. Later visit Hraunfossar just outside Husafell Beautiful 1000 waterfalls coming out of rocks. Hraunfossar is a series of waterfalls formed by rivulets streaming over a distance of about 900 metres out of the lava field which flowed from an eruption of one of the volcanoes lying under the glacier Langjökull. The waterfalls pour into the Hvítá river from ledges of less porous rock in the lava. Later drive to Reykholt. Overnight in Reykholt.

  • Day 12 :Reykjavik - Golden Circle - Fludir
    After breakfast , check out and proceed to visit The Golden Circle tour allows you to visit some of Iceland‘s most stunning sights; Geysir geothermal area, the waterfall Gullfoss, and the UNESCO site Þingvellir National Park as well as to learn about growing vegetables in a country which doesn’t get much daylight for most of the year. Arrive Fludir and check in.overnight in Fludir.

  • Day 13 :Fludir - Kyrid Crater - Reykjavik
    After breakfast, check out and drive to visit Kyrid Crater . Kyrid a volcanic crater lake located in the Grímsnes area in south Iceland, on the popular tourist route known as the Golden Circle. It is one of several crater lakes in the area, known as Iceland's Western Volcanic Zone, which includes the Reykjanes peninsula and the Langjökull Glacier, created as the land moved over a localized hotspot. Later depart to Saga .The Saga Museum intimately recreates key moments in Icelandic history, moments that have determined the fate of our people and which give a compelling view into how Icelanders have lived for more than a millenium. Overnight at Reykjavik.

  • Day 14 :Reykjavik
    After breakfast , City Tour of Reykjavik - Sun Voyager - Sun Voyager is a sculpture by Jón Gunnar Árnason, Harpa Concert House from inside – Concert Hall, Northern Lights Aurora Museum - The Northern Lights exhibition in Reykjavik is your first stop when you want to experience the Aurora Borealis in Iceland, Hallgrimskirkja – take the lift and visit to top (Entrance to be paid) - it is the largest church in Iceland, Parliament house in the old town (No stop zone for car), Walk in the old town for local feel, Perlan water tank (Outside city) - is a landmark building in Reykjavík where water is stored for the public. Overnight at Reykjavik
