FOR SELF DRIVE:

• If you choose self-Drive package option you must have valid credit card under your name with limit of 1 Lac Limit.
• If you choose self-Drive package option you must have Valid Driving License in English 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings. Please reach at pickup point at least 10mins before your given pickup time. And make yourself visible to Driver/Coach Captain. Coach drivers cannot wait if you are late. If you are late, you will need to make your own arrangements at own cost.
• International Hotel Checkin time 1400 hrs Checkout Time 1000hrs
• There is No Refund for unutilized Service 
• You are not allowed to eat/drink in coach.
• Room allocation -Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in.90% of rooms are Twin rooms and there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.
• Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea facing/Lake Facing Rooms.
• Breakfast will start from Day2 of the itinerary.
• Tap water is suitable for drinking. 
• Meals Doesn’t Include any Beverages Hard/Soft drinks, Fruit Juices
• Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
• It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, and airline office.
• We recommend taking Overseas Medical insurance.

• Baggage Allowance:20 Kg per person for Check in Baggage.5 Kgs per person for Cabin Baggage. 
• For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police. Passengers are  requested to submit  Xerox

• Hotel rates will  change time to time, so kindly check with us for hotels ,and it  will be on subject to availability
• All the above rates are in usd and on per person on twin sharing basis
• 5% government tax applicable on total tour cost (inr+usd)
• Full payment will be accepted in indian rupees 
• Dollar Portion Payment Should Be Done At One Time & Rate Of Exchange Will Be Applicable Of That Day
• Rates are valid only if package is booked 45 days prior to the departure date
• Any fluctuation in rate of exchange may reflect on the tour cost.

• Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in govt. regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. Flamingo will not be held responsible for them.  
• Water is always available at additional charges. No water supply during Breakfast, Lunch & dinner. Kindly purchase the water for your own usage.
• Things to carry : Beach wear, slippers, Sunglasses, Sunscreen lotion, a light sweater, Toiletries, Medicines, Camera Rolls, Tea/ Coffee sachets, Umbrella, windcheater.
• Given cost is estimated, based on lowest airfare and hotel rates existing as of now. We don’t hold Any Confirmation for Hotels/Airline. It’s Subject to availability at the time of booking.  Any difference in cost   shall be borne by Passenger.

• Your tours and transfers are based on Seat in Coach Basis. Seat in Coach Transfers departs only at fixed time and stops at different hotels Enroute where other passengers may be picked /dropped off. It can be more time consuming.(Its more time consuming  but economical) 
• Mid night surcharge applicable for all transfer operated between 2300hrs-0600hrs
• Room allocation Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in.90% of rooms are Twin rooms & there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed

• It is always advisable to keep 2 Photographs with you during the journey. Please keep one Xerox copy of your passport with your relative, in India and one Xerox copy of passport with you during the travel. 
• It is most important to have International Travel Insurance for the entire period of your stay in foreign country.
• For NRI –Passengers staying in India for more than 180 days will have to take Police Clearance Certificate from Commissioner of Police for which Flamingo will not be responsible. Passengers are requested to submit Xerox copy of Passport along with page showing arrival stamp in India.
