Best time to visit in Rome

Much like the rest of Europe, Rome has a temperate climate with predominantly warm and sunny days. July and August are peak Summer months when the temperatures reach above 30° C. Local Romans often go for holidays in August so hotels and cafes may be shut. During September, October and November, the temperatures remain around 20° C and are a pleasant season to visit this Italian capital city. April and May also comprise milder temperatures and make for a good time to see Rome. From December to February are the colder times with temperatures falling to as low as 4 to 6° C. In conclusion, the summer months are hot, overpriced and overcrowded while the Spring and fall season are less crowded and cheaper for making a trip. Either ways, the city is beautiful all through the year and each season has its own perks and advantages.
