Will I get drinking water during city tour/sightseeing?+
Flamingo provides water according to the daily itinerary which is usually daily one water bottle for per individual.
Do I get some extra time on tour for shopping?+
Group Tour Itineraries are planned in such a way that you get to see maximum places, so you will get time only when you are back at the hotel or on free day.
Will you recommend from where to shop?+
Our Tour Leader will provide information about the surrounding shopping areas on tour.
Is medication available on tour if needed?+
We highly recommend you to carry sufficient medicines along with you on tour. Try and distribute them in different bags to ensure that you have some medicine with you in case there is any delay in getting baggage or loss. However you do get medicines on tour but your doctor’s prescription for the same is a must.
What help is provided, if I dis-continue the scheduled tour, on account of illness?+
We advise you to carry sufficient documents with you like Travel Insurance covering your travel period. If I lose my passport, what assistance will be provided?+
If you lose your passport you need to follow the below given steps:

They will help you to apply for a temporary passport.
