Group Tour Itineraries are planned in such a way that you get to see maximum places, so you will get time only when you are back at the hotel or on free day.
Our Tour Leader will provide information about the surrounding shopping areas on tour. 
We highly recommend you to carry sufficient medicines along with you on tour. Try and distribute them in different bags to ensure that you have some medicine with you in case there is any delay in getting baggage or loss. However you do get medicines on tour but your doctor’s prescription for the same is a must.
We advise you to carry sufficient documents with you like Travel Insurance covering your travel period. Travel insurance will take care of your medical expense to the tune of amount covered in the insurance, with term and conditions of insurance company. Flamingo Transworld will guide you for the arrangements of your medical facilities.
We don’t take request for special dishes as there is no guarantee that the dish will be available.
Tour Guide on tour will preferably communicate in English, Gujarati and Hindi to convey instructions regarding the tour.
If you lose your passport you need to follow the below given steps:
  • Firstly, you need to file and FIR in the nearest police station. 
  • Then with the FIR visit the Indian Embassy in the nearest city. 
  • They will help you to apply for a temporary passport. 
  • On the basis of your temporary passport return back to India.
